  1. Somehow I survived as well.
  2. We are one button push away from all out death and destruction. How much faith do you really have in the folks with access to that button?
  3. You overlooked the real root cause of the current labor shortage. It is now possible to live comfortably in our country without ever doing anything constructive. Cut off the government teat, and the labor shortage will end immediately.
  4. Chasing a green piece of paper with a pic of a dead president on it isn’t the most important thing in everyone’s life.
  5. Pre internet, I called Remington and they mailed me a photocopy depicting how to disassemble/reassemble a model 51. I would have never gotten one apart and back together without it.
  6. I’m not dipping my toe in that pool, but I’ve found the rise of the “meme stocks” to be a quite fascinating story.
  7. If you can do it reliably, there’s great money in it. Research “short selling”.
  8. After today. “Let’s Go Brandon!” is about all I can muster.
  9. Basically, I’ve traded pieces of government printed green paper for tiny pieces of many time proven American companies. I know which one I expect to hold it’s value better long term. Everybody has to make that decision for themselves, however.
  10. We’ve had several years of back to back record growth in the stock market. It would be foolish to expect that to continue forever. I’m still buying. If you don’t stay in, inflation will eat you alive. It’s a sale right now! I’ll leave the bonds to somebody else.
  11. Now that’s hunting in style!
  12. The stag grips are a nice touch.
  13. The big problem as I see it is that no one wants to define what volume of sales constitutes a "business". It is stated clearly he can sell one. Can he sell 2? 5? 10?
  14. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/928492764 Now this one may not be legit, but WOW! I'm sticking with my money laundering theory. How long before .gov catches on?
  15. Those old Marlins are SO underrated. Bad as I hate to say it, they are likely a superior rifle to the much more popular Winchester’s of the day.
  16. Way back when the TGO receivers were offered here, I built a rifle on a set with a 20" barrel from Yankee Hill. This is as accurate a rifle as I've ever had. I know that is only an experience of one, but I would recommend a look just because of it. https://yhm.net/accessories/barrels/20-fluted-melonite-qpq-barrels-1/ Kinda like this, but i'm thinking mine is a 1 in 8 twist.
  17. Impressive! Thanks for sharing with us.
  18. If you didn’t ride today, you’re simply not a rider. It was beautiful outside…finally.
  19. Will the sanctions affect parts availability in the future for that Ural? Is there a dealer locally?
  20. The weather’s pretty nice today…..somewhere.
  21. You’re tougher than me! I rode a little while yesterday, then decided it wasn’t quite as warm on a bike as it was walking around the yard. Today was the first time I can recall mowing grass in the snow. I’m ready for spring.
  22. You can even remove the primer pin from the sizing die and size them without knocking out the primers if you need to.
  23. JB Weld!
  24. Oh no! I never met him, but always enjoyed his posts.
  25. What on earth would cause this?^^^
