Oh, it got cracked open the night I got it, and shared as well. I know now what I like, but I don’t have the vocabulary to describe whiskys and wines. I couldn’t tell you what peaty means. What I can say is that it’s smoother than the 12, but significantly less smooth than the 18. I love the 18, I like the 15, the 12 is good, the 10 is terrible.

I gave myself s Christmas present while I was home. I was looking for his older brother, but he’s still a good kid.

The new Glock does for me exactly what the old Glock did for me. Nothing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ -

FTFY. You used too many words. -
I mean, if UTK did, I’d call it a net positive. Sadly, I don’t think that’s gonna happen.

There’s a reason that the P35 was one of, if not the most widely adopted sidearm around the world. -

Trump administration moves to ban bump stocks
Chucktshoes replied to The Legion's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Actually, according to the ATF suppressor parts are in law suppressors. Having spare items such as rubber wipes for suppressors that use them is considered having an unregistered suppressor and people have been prosecuted for that. -
Expect airports to start deploying drone killers. Then you’ll have folks developing drone killer killers and the machines become self-aware and BOOM! you have Skynet and the war with the machines will be on .

Trump administration moves to ban bump stocks
Chucktshoes replied to The Legion's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
In my defense, I am neither a lawyer nor an engineer. I’m just saying that folks are going to modify them in a way that they can reverse down the road. -
That’s just wrong.

I’d put money on a fair number of folks modifying their bump stocks with say, a bolt through the outer portion just behind the innner portion to prevent sliding. You know the kind of setup that’s easily reversible. -
I do drive like almost 12 hours a day.

As much as it pained me to do so, I had to make the hard decision to back off of getting one. I really wanted one but I just have too many irons in too many fires. Being a semi-responsible adult sucks sometimes. Lord willing I won’t see one in my local gun shop because I don’t know that I could help myself.

62gr is an inherently inaccurate round. The steel penetrator is never perfectly centered.

Before this year I was never really a podcast guy. The Shooter’s Nation podcast along with The Joe Rogan Experience finally got me into listening to them. There’s about a bajillion of them out there, so what are y’all listening to? The two I’ve been really into lately are https://www.themeateater.com/ This is Steven Rinella’s podcast. Rinella is probably the best public face of hunting out there. He’s a great talker and makes a really fun podcast https://cocaineandrhinestones.com/ Tyler Mahan Coe’s podcast is about the history of country music in the 20th century. It’s the stories behind the greatest storytelling genre in American music. The podcast is sometimes dark, sometimes NSFW, sometimes disturbing (watch out for the episode about Spade Cooley) but always incredibly detailed and informative. What are y’all listening to?
