I'd have to agree, the M44 is just a bad design, I had one (ofcourse had to get rid of it) to be so called somewhat accurate you have to have the bayonet open, if not it shoots to the left. Top ten worst rifle.

This a hard one, The worst I've ever owned was a Marlin 22, can't remember the model, but it sucked big time.

All these new styles of cammo supposed to blend to everything and a bag of chips are not blending to anything. The army ACU blends to nothing at all, the Army MC is darker than the actual Crye MC, fades to a blob of colors and sticks out like a sore thumb. The MarPat deserts make you more visible at night. This one seems better than most but I'm pretty sure by the time it gets approved it would be all jacked to something less usefull. Give me my old jungle and desert cammies and I'll be happier.

$450 is a steal for that pistol, P99cQA is the first small pistol i bought and it is a great and accurate pistol. As said before the trigger needs abit getting used to for QA, the SA trigger is really nice IMO, but once you get used to it, you'd love the QA trigger. I have a P99cQA in 9mm and P99QA in 40SW and love both of them.

Hogue is nice, not too expensive. I have one on mine but mine is heavier than most, with a bull barrel. If you have a light wieght bbl (like carbon fiber) then you might want to consider bell and carlson stocks, they have some really nice light stocks. One of these days i am gonna make mine super light

The FiveSeven is a decent gun but I would not say it is the best gun. My wife likes it because it is not heavy like a 1911, HK or what not, plus the safety and slide is easy for her to operate. I would have preferred if she liked another gun. Posives for the gun are capacity, non-existent recoil, accuracy, great controls, and light weight. Negatives are, lack of reliablity (mine light strikes alot, maybe it is ammo),super tiny round, not great availibility of ammo. Either way it is a great gun to own if you find one at around $500

I'm against gun control, but I am for background checks. Why? Because we don't want crazy, unstable or criminal people getting hold of guns, then doing something stupid and thus given politicians a reason to coem up with more restrictive laws.

Some shooters i had talked to were not happy with laser eye surgery, glasses or red dot sights seem to be a better choice.

I used to charge around $60.00 an hour/session when I used to instruct, but now I don't since I barely am stateside and when i am i try to spend it with family.

I hoped there was an indoor range where one could should rifles (maybe at least pistol caliber) and shotguns. For pistol i like G&L it is nice and clean.

Sight in at 100 yards. That is how the russians sight. but i'd sight in the sight at 25 and then try it at 100 to see how it is.

It would all depend on who is buying it in an auction. I'm guessing from 700-1500.

It is mostlikely built with a Yugo kit on a US reciever. they are decent. If i am not mistaken Yugos did not have chrome lined barrels.
