    Martins is great.   B&C BBQ in Melrose has really good brisket but I think their sides are a little weak.

      1 lb sausage 1 cup biscuit 4 eggs beaten 1 cup cheddar cheese   mix and put in muffin tin and bake at 350 for 20 mins and have sausage muffins instead of balls

    If you are worried about discoloring the antlers, wrap them in saran wrap then aluminum foil from the base for the first 6" or so.  That will help protect them from splatters.   Another tip.  Don't use your wife good pot to boil your deer.  They don't like that.  :whistle: Check out your local goodwill.  I have found some great pots really cheap there.
