How often do you empty/wash yours if the nectar doesn't get eaten?

My grandson and I setup 2 feeders yesterday. They were cheapos from Walmart, but look identical to the ones I saw a lady using on a YT video. Looked like she had hundreds of hummingbirds in her back yard.

Our country is not perfect by any means, but not living up to what we owe our vets is a VERY sore point for me.

Like you said, foreign aid is tricky, but there's obvious fat to trim in some areas. There's a lot of other places we should look to trim too, like bloated benefits for politicians and bureaucrats and many other wastes.

I've got more HF tools than anything else, but I'm picky about ratchets and driver bits (I can't stand chewed-up bits!). It doesn't have to be all or none. A mix of good and better tools works for me.

I just care about results and during Giuliani's 8 years as mayor of NYC violent crime decreased by 56 percent, murder went down nearly two-thirds, robberies dropped 67 percent and aggravated assault shrank by 28 percent. Some say crack declining, social/demographic changes, sentencing laws, and economics were the "real" reason crime dropped at that time. I'd argue they likely contributed at best, but were more likely the results of his attack on low-level crime.

I ride my wife's 150cc Vespa all over the place. I'm sure I look ridiculous since I weigh more than the scooter, but it's actually more fun to ride than my Super Tenere.

I'm sure the majority don't agree with you, but I'd rather see that than a slap on the wrist and turning them loose to repeat.

Fast traffic on that road? LOL I wanted to say something similar about stealing. How many examples to society would it take to get that picture across?

I'm not opposed to severely painful ends for people who harm kids and the elderly. I'm a few more looting videos away from warming up to a similar punishment for thievery.

35 years ago I smoked a lot of that stuff and I didn't have any arthritis pain. Now that I'm in my 50's I do...just saying.

He only sat it down for a minute to get some Doritos, Snickers, nachos, gummy worms, and Dr. Pepper from the break room.

Half the problem we face is a soft legal system. Criminals don't get what they deserve. A stiff enough punishment CAN be found.

Funny how people only care what kids think when it suits their needs.

I found that some carry guns don't stay put well if there isn't enough of the slide under/behind the belt. I hope raising it doesn't cause that problem.

I wish I'd kept the generic form email reply from Bredesen about blood in the streets and the wild wild west and all that BS when they overrode his veto on the "guns in bars" law. I'd love to read it again just for laughs.

Is there such thing as too late to put out feeders? If I got some now, recon I'd still see some hummingbirds?

What about gnats/flies? Do the feeders attract them too?
