You're right. Making it harder our stuff hard to get is all we can really do. There is no such thing as impossible to get.

The whole point of red flag laws/ERPOs is to create a backdoor for government to deprive a person of due process. If they think a person is a threat, a doctor substantiates that by divulging your medical records, and a judge agrees to enact the red flag law, then why not arrest the person they think is a threat instead? The reason is they know that won't fly because you haven't been deemed mentally unstable by a court yet. Confiscating your property BEFORE you're declared unstable, especially when you're forced to prove your innocence to get your property back, is just as unconstitutional, right?

I was thinking the same about red flag laws. It's already so hard to muster the courage and bury your pride to reach out for help.

This may not be the answer for everyone, but the Pastor at our church is an excellent counselor. I trust him fully and he'd be the first person I reached out to. Bonus: his son is our Asst. Pastor and he's finishing up his Psychology degree for this exact reason. Our church believes strongly in helping with mental health.

Anyone seen a 12 rd or 17 rd magazine for a P365 at at good price? The cheapest price I've seen is $48 for a 12 rounder and $58 for a 17 rounder. If you know a cheaper price, I'd sure appreciate if you'd share the link.

All kinds of fantasies and possibilities could explain the situation, but what you saw was 47 seconds of a person trying to extricate themselves from a situation and multiple criminals committing assault, battery, and possibly aggravated assault (the slam by a larger male). It's not supposed to matter if she got herself into that mess. It's clearly over and she poses zero threat. I don't see how what happened before has any bearing on where the video picked up.
