  1. Grand opening for the Lebanon Harbor Freight will be Feb. 15th. No mention of any door prizes, etc., thus far. This according to the Lebanon Democrat article.
  2. Haven't seen anything on that yet. I'm on the email list, so maybe it'll show there. You can go on their website & sign up for coupons. You can print these out online, some better deals there. I printed out a couple this am. Doesn't cost to sign up. Good luck neighbor.
  3. Well, paid my first visit to Harbor Freight in Lebanon tonite, ( 1st. day open ). Nice store, bigger than I thought, in the old CVS Pharmacy bldg., I believe. I'll definitely be going back. Go by & check it out, it's worth the stop. Saw a few tools I'd like to have when budget restraints permit, LOL. Nice looking Mini lathe, just priced out of my reach @ $500 +. Like a kid in Toys R Us, LOL.
  4. Hmmmmm, how much ammo can I buy with $70? Assuming I live long enough to collect. Oh, never mind!
  5. Looks good, David, crank 'er up & go.
  6. Went to the Goodman show @ Lebanon this AM. A bit of an improvement over the fairgrds., Bought some 9mm bird shot. Seemed to be not as much junk as before, but about the same overall size. Much cleaner & neater, more wiggle room ( but I got there @ opening ). Decided not to go on to the 'Boro. had enough for one day. Got to fondle a few guns I was interested in, so not a bad trip for me, YMMV.
  7. LOL, that thought crossed my mind.........but it kept on going.
  8. Got it, thanks, quickbiscuit.
  9. Update. Got an email from Goodmans show, admission has gone up from $8 to $10. Parking is free tho.....is it worth the extra $2? Guess I'll go since it's only about 15 mi. from me, just out of curiosity, since it's in the new venue.
  10. Now, Will, are you saying this stuff is not wholesale as advertised? LOL
  11. FWIW, went by there last nite, ( Wed. ), sign on the door said opening Jan. 31.
  12. Just got an email from Bill Goodmans show, that they are having a show at the Lebanon Expo Ctr. this weekend. R.K. Shows are also having a show at the "Boro this weekend . So much for scheduling..... not going to go well for either, I would expect. Thoughts?
  13. I've been getting a steady barrage of these for days. Don't understand why this hasn't been fixed by now..........
  14. I used a 3/16" nut driver similar to the OP pic. I ground the radius off the end to make a flat fit on the slide, then stuffed the recess with paper, etc, so the screw won't go in too far. works well.
  15. I have the 455 Rancher also. Bought it a few yrs. ago. had no issues with it at all. Would definitely buy again if needed. Mine has a 20" bar.
  16. I've been getting them in bunches, literally. Hopefully it has stopped today.............
  17. Unless I'm carrying it on my person at the time, it's out of the holster.
  18. Just bought a PPS M2 myself, love it. Sort of a mini PPQ ( which I also have ). Put Mepro nite sights on it, + PJ kydex OWB holster. Good to go. Very pleased with the PPS.
  19. Went by there Mon. afternoon, not open yet, still putting in stock.
  20. Thanks for the heads up pardner, I wasn't aware of that. Another toy store for me to browse thru, LOL.
  21. Article in today's Tennessean stated, it was a shot from the side from a 20 ga. shotgun. Still under investigation.
  22. Meprolight sights & PJ kydex OWB holster has arrived, all installed. Just need to check sight alignment & I'm good to go. Very satisfied with this gun. Mepros work fine as expected, & the holster fits & rides where I wanted, closer to my side.
  23. Update: Meprolight nite sights ordered, plus OWB holster.
  24. Took the new PPS out to the woods & fired a few rounds, didn't have time for much. Shoots very well, no issues, very accurate off hand. Can't wait to have a better setup off a bench & see what it'll do without my influence, LOL. Very pleased with this gun thus far. Shot some Federal factory + some reloads of my own. Never missed a beat. Looks like my PPQ 40 has found a little brother.
