One last comment. Obama was without his trusty teleprompter. When he does not use it you hear his true feelings vice the canned speeches that he has given that sound like a broken record, verbatim.

The last two sentences say it all.... Obama believes the government is the be all and end all. By his reasoning if you started a business and it failed wouldn't it also be the government's fault? He can't have it both ways.

I'm not afraid to say it.. I hope history will show that he made decisions based on his commitment to his number one job priority, keeping American safe from another 9/11. He was criticized, often brutally by the left, but can you imagine if we had suffered a second attack because he did not bring all the power of the U.S. government to bear on the GWOT? Second guessing is easy. Making the calls at the time is difficult.

The guy is either being played by the Obama team or he simply shoots his mouth off without thinking. I tend to think it is the latter given the reactions by Carney and others. There are quote a few, I agree. However, most of them I have seen look rundown/unkept with little sign of "money".

Triple - I'm not disputing your claim but where is the big money? There are no big sponsorships that I can see and they have only one big event (the Celebration) each year. Is the prize money that high? Obviously, I'm not intimately familiar with the TWH horse industry, just my observations. I always thought it was it was an insulated group with little appeal to those outside. Anyone involved in soring should be prosecuted to the max.
