If you’re looking for a Barret REC7 Gen II this is definitely the best deal I’ve seen at eurooptic.com. Wether it’s a DI or a Piston driven AR. Free shipping and also tax free. They also have other Barrett rifle’s that aren’t in the AR platform on sale. Shipping only takes 3-4 days also. https://www.eurooptic.com/Barrett-REC7-Closeout-Pricing.aspx

Okay, I am looking to upgrade my standard trigger on my AR and was strongly leaning towards a Geissele. I am stuck between the SSA and the SSA-E triggers. Anyone on here who uses those? I have read that our Special Forces units use those triggers in their rifles and if they are good enough for them, then they are good enough for me. The other problem is that there are so many other choices...(Timney, CMC, POF, Wilson Combat, etc). Their website has them marked down from their original price of $240 to $192. I am really eager to wanting to purchase one but wanted some input before "pulling the trigger".

Hey guys. I have the opportunity to trade for a Century arms M74. I've wanted a 74 for a long time so I am really considering it. I am wondering if anyone has had experience with these and if there was a barrel issue like the Tantals had. I can find some stuff online but nothing that makes me feel warm and fuzzy about trading for it.

Got to thinking - which is usually dangerous. I have a hammer spur extension on my Marlin, and I have a scope on it. I have it facing the right side, and of course they are reversible. But neither side is going to be just right all the time. Does anyone make a double sided hammer spur for the older pre safety models?

Looks kind of interesting with the detachable magazine option for my 700 VLS. But I don’t know if I want to spend ~$300 on a plastic stock. Anyone tried them out yet?

I have several single shot 22's from back in the time when a quality kids gun could be bought. Over the years the stocks have shown a crack or two in them. How can I go about fixing them? A replacement stock would cost more than the guns are worth.

Are there any modern production rifles that meet these requirements? Bolt action Fancy walnut stock, no laminates. High gloss blue finish, no flat blue. .223, .243, .308

Can I buy a rifle face to face with a dealer in Ms.? I live in Tn but am traveling down there soon.

I love psa as many people here do (Thanks guy for introducing them to me and making me waste TONS of money on stuff I dont need), but since they released their ak's a few months ago, I have been hesitant. Most us ak's seem like they are crap but psa has always been great. Anyone have experience with them?

Any experts here on the Seven? I’ve never seen one. Comparing the specs on a CDL it looks like the Seven is just a couple inches shorter and roughly a pound lighter. Is it the same action as a 700, made in the same place? Over the years Remington has had some cheaper offerings than the 700; but this Seven has a $10 higher MSRP?

I'm just looking for some feedback on them. Suddenly taken an interest in them after realizing I don't have a bolt gun capable of longer range, or any rifle dedictated to this use period.

I have quality AR’s but I’m looking for a cheap, flat top, no sight post, trunk gun. The Windhams and Del-Ton are in the $450 range at buds. Anyone that’s had these care to comment?

Hey guys, I just came across this article by defense review http://www.defensereview.com/tyrant-designs-halo-ar-15-series-handstop-also-written-hand-stop-for-better-control-in-a-streamlined-minimalist-profile/ I was wondering if any of you guys have ran this handstop before and if you liked it. I want to put it on a new pistol build.

I’ve never got a definitive answer for this, so I’ll ask again. I love the old school quality walnut stocks. I have a Remington VLS 308 with a heavy barrel and a laminate stock. If I found a walnut stock from a 700 SA would the HB fit in the stock channel? I don’t have a regular barrel 700 to determine if the barrel diameter where the stock ends is the same as the heavy barrel. Maybe someone with a 700 BDL or CDL with a regular barrel and a pair of calipers could give me a barrel diameter where the stock ends. My barrel is .880" diameter approx. 10.75” from where the barrel meets the receiver.

Just like the title says, which do you prefer springfield m1a or an ar10 pattern rifle?

Since Farnsworths has closed I'm looking for a gun shop with a good selection of used long guns. Something that's been used a couple of deer seasons and then traded in on some new hotness. A shop between Knoxville and Chattanooga would be best. Anyone got any suggestions?

I purchased a Leapers UTG Pro quick detach scope mount for my PSA AK and just got it in today and found out that it is so loose that it does not even tighten to the mount. It wobbles when you slide it on the rail and will fall right off....... is this just operator error or is there something wrong with the mounting bracket PSA installed???

I've got an older Savage model 116 I'm trying to identify and determine a value for. It is a pre-accutriger model with an internal box magazine. It has a wooden stock and a stainless barrel. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm looking to upgrade my mil-spec trigger in my WW 7.62x39 rifle. Been looking at the PSA trigger that is $30 but don't think the trigger and hammer springs may be enough to set off the steel cased ammo I use. Anyone have any recommendations on springs that would work for the 7.62 round that would work with the PSA trigger?

Was passing through St. Louis last week and decided to stop by Cabelas. Not looking for anything, but was just a nice detour. Wandered over to the used gun rack and saw 4 Nylon 66s and could not believe the price tag. I mean, yeah I know it's Cabelas, but dang, what alternate universe am I in? They had two with this price, and they looked brand new. The other two showed some usage but were still priced at half this. Wow, could not believe it.
