Hamilton County school bus driver caught on video during student fight

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Hamilton County Schools tells us it has addressed a video that circulated on social media last month that shows a contracted Hamilton County Schools bus driver egging on a student during a fight.

A viewer has sent us the video that has been circulating, but we have since learned it was shot by a minor and have been unable to secure permission to post it or images from it in this story.

The video was reportedly taken at the Haunted Hilltop attraction in Harrison.

It shows two students fighting. During the video, the bus driver can be heard encouraging one of the boys in the fight several times.

Spokesman Janelle Drake tells us, "Law enforcement has investigated the incident and determined no charges would be filed." We confirmed with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office no charges were filed.

Seems like the driver should've been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor with a fight inside the bus? But, oh well. There's a shortage of bus drivers these days. I know *I* wouldn't want that job.
