McCain goes after "Stand your Ground" laws

Being retired military, I can appreciate his service to our country and the long time spent in a POW camp. It stops after that, because McCain is a RHINO and has long since been due for replacement in Arizona. His views have moved to the left and I for one would like to wish him a fond farewell from Congress.

Yea I'm disgusted with McCain, Rubio & the rest of the RINO's for pandering to this or that race/ethnic group, instead of doing what is in the best interest for ALL Americans.

That makes them no better than Democrats IMHO, who's party platform is built entirely upon placating special interests groups instead of what is best for the American people as a whole.

Once again, Zimmerman didn't use the Stand Your Ground defense, he didn't have to.

This entire thing is mind numbing.

Erik, you are exactly right.  Thank the press, the NAACP, Obama, Holder, Liberals and McCain, because they are the ones beating the drum on this!

Stand your ground laws are nothing more than “No duty to retreat” laws. They do not lower the level of most state law requirements for the use of deadly force. Florida made a big deal out of it and gave it all kinds of special names when they did it. Tennessee (and most other states) didn’t need to; we didn’t have a duty to retreat. I wonder how many states have a duty to retreat?

I think it might not be long before McCain will announce he's switching over to the Democrap commie party.

Since there is a recall campaign going on against him (Arizona being one of 17 States allowed to recall a US Senator), I suspect he will, since that is the only way he is going to stay in office.

Is SYG even within the scope of being a "Federal " issue, this seems to be more of a "State" issue, but leave it to the Feds to butt in where they are not wanted or needed.

Reading this made me smile :)

Probably the biggest RHINO in the Senate... he needs to be recalled ASAP

No, it isn't, and it has no control of what a state law says unless it can be found to be unconstitutional by SCOTUS.

People like Alexander and McCain need to go so republicans realize they cant say one thing and do another. most of them have this attitude that "conservatives can't go anywhere else". Well that is what primaries are for.

I hope McCain gets recalled and leaves in disgrace.
