Found Coyote Dead, NOT TORTURED. SIMPLE TAGGING OF GAME

Recommended Posts

FYI pelts averaged nearly a $100 last year.

Wow!!! :stunned: I've left a considerable fortune laying on the ground the last few years. I'm not aware of anyone in our area that still buys furs.

Oh yeah, broox: I think that was Roadrunner. :hiding:

That seems way high. Eastern coyote usually are around the $20-$40 mark. Fur from the south east isn't the most plush. Where did you get this info? I might have to do some skinning next year. Now if you are talking about mouse fur, then yeah, $100 sounds about right. lol Suckers are hard to skin.

How much for a buzzard? I see a whole lot more of those.

I really hate to brake this to everyone.  I have first knowledge this coyote did this to himself. Coyotes are known to do this to themselves to bring blame to wabbits, squirrels, turkeys and basically anything they eat. I have been known to shoot wabbits, squirrels and turkeys as revenge killings in the coyotes name.  I know I have lowered myself to their level but I can't help it!

I'm not buying it.  Without opposable thumbs, he had to have had at least one accomplice.

Yours or the yotes?

I have a couple tanned coyote hides that are beautiful. I don't know why anyone would throw a good coyote pelt away.

Dave

Dave, I might pretend to be "great white hunter", but there is no doubting I ain't "great white skinner".
