  2. Been working with him right at 1yr. Successful tracking with single article out to 3km on 3hr old track. Recently taught a breach command in which he’ll open a door and search the room. I’m trying to expand his breach to searching the whole house but he doesn’t quite get that yet.
  3. Purchase a safe you can easily replace the lock mechanism in as well as securely bolt to the floor. You can always build out the exterior of a safe to aid in security. I’ve taught safe manipulation for 8yrs and been a tech for two decades. Any safe is drastically better than no safe. Digital keypads can be unlocked with ketchup packets, we have kits that use ultrasound gel and a battery that pop the lock in seconds. Fire ratings matter but only if certified. Insurance policy would be my number one priority.
  4. 2nd the DeSantis Nemesis. It’s an easy carry and draw in most situations.
  5. I ended up going with something a little different this year and got my dad a digital picture frame loaded with old hunting trip photos and a few of the grandkids. He’s not big on tech, but this one just plugs in and plays through the pictures, and he really liked that he didn’t have to do anything except watch the memories.
  6. I’ve used the X3 a good bit, and it’s crazy fun. The stabilization is solid, and the editing tools are easier than I expected. Rode my bike with it—looked awesome.

  8. Would you trade for custom Glock 34 Gen 3
  9. Only Glocks I’ve handled, owned, or shot are the 17, 19, 26/27, 43, etc. The 21 must be a big boy seeing as how the G30 is a chunky monkey!
  10. Are you interested in a trade for a Springfield Hellcat, Glock 19 gen 5, Rock Island baby Rock. 45, or a Beretta Px4,9mm?
  11. S&W refers to grips as Stocks. For original style stocks check the For Sale forums at the Smith & Wesson forum. Be aware that stock styles have changed over the years. Be aware that S&W hasn't offered wood factory stocks for many years now. The few wood stocks they use now are made by Altamont. They ain't the same. Original factory grips are getting hard to find and expensive. For that gun you need a set of K-frame, Square butt, diamond center, post war Magna stocks. A good set will probably run you about $100. But a set of the same period Target Stocks would be right at home on that gun as the factory did offer those as an option. However, that runs into big money. For that matter, any set of K-frame square butt stocks will work even if they aren't period correct and you can probably find some later ones considerably cheaper. Unless you're just curious, I really don't think a standard K-22 is worth the $100 factory letter. S&W has made about a million of these over the years. Unless you suspect something special about this one, I'd just save the money. JMHO
  12. **SOLD** Thanks as always TGO!
  13. Rock Island Armory 1911 A1 FS in 9MM can be bought for $300-400. I have one in 45 and it's a good pistol, runs fine and feeds 230gr hydrashok with no issues.
