That FEG looks chrome plated, as you can see by the difference in color on the (in-the-white) barrel and everything else. The Brownings (Practical etc) were chrome plated as well; I'm not aware that they ever did a run of stainless BHPs. Even the later BDM and HP DA were chrome plated. The FEG was a decent enough copy, especially for the price, but the fit and finish weren't quite up to Browning standards. The rear edge of the front sight on mine was over-buffed and the barrel needed re-crowning, but it certainly would have sufficed for general police issue at the time.

Damn, the guns I want are always far away. My wife visits her daughter in Mt Juliet once a month or so, if you still have it next time she goes I'll have pick it up. -
Rosie has been acting strange since she woke me up earlier than normal and has only just now decided to lay down after an active morning. I didn't feel anything.

Hey, congrats! I knew some kids graduating yesterday morning. I wonder if they knew each other? Tennessee Tech had taught some great engineers over the years - and a lot of other things too. Y’all should be so proud.

I have 2 S&W pistols in 9mm. One a single stack and the other a double stack: I priced them at separate prices but I will sell BOTH for a good price at $485..... 1. S&W M&P9 sub-compact in 9mm. This is a sub-compact double-stack 9mm. It's like new and had 150 rds through it since new. Comes with S&W factory case and 2 magazines. $285. I'm in Clarksville and can meet a TGO member with positive feedback up to 30 miles from my location to buy it. Thanks for looking. 2. S&W M&P Shield 9mm with manual safety. This is a single-stack 9mm. It is like new and has had 25 rds thorugh it since new. No wear at all. It comes with 3 factory magazines , one is the extended magazine with the finger-rest , S&W factory case , and a leather holster made for the Shield. All 3 magazines come filled with Federal Hollow Point ammo. $275. I am in Clarksville and can meet a TGO member with positive feedback up to 30 miles from my location. Only trades I'd consider are Glocks in .40 or a Beretta PX4 in .40. Thanks for looking.

BigK started following Earthquake near Maryville, TN

I just read this on the news: ATLANTA -- A minor earthquake rattled the Southeast Saturday morning, sending a jolt felt across parts of Atlanta and into Tennessee. The magnitude 4.1 quake struck about 13 miles southeast of Greenback, Tennessee, just after 9 a.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey. It had a depth of about 15 miles. Did any of you out East feel it?
