That's borderline entrapment. Pulling over everyone that leaves a bar is entrapment. My Ex's best friend's ex husband was doing that. Had the department record for DUIs. IA got involved and caught him sitting across the street from a bar nailing everyone who pulled out of the parking lot. He got canned. Another agency hired the idiot and he got caught involved in some eevn worse shennanigans. He flipped out and I hope he's not wearing a badge anywhere ever again. When I lived in Corrupticut, they would have road blocks About 6:30 PM. They would be done and gone by 8 or 8:30. Always wondered why they bothered. Most people hadn't even left the house yet.

When was the last time they passed a drinking law? Seems ignored. Hell,the sell cases of beer at GAS STATIONS! I don't think drinking is a God given right. I have no problem if they ban it. Better yet,get rid if the HCP but require a permit to buy or be in possession of alchohol.
