  1. How I miss the days of my youth (I'm 64) growing up in Chattanooga. We could go to family land in Sequatchie Valley or towards Soddy/Daisy and walk the fields for rabbits and quail. Those days are gone forever . . . Such memories make me miss my Dad so much.
  2. Love the red one . . .
  3. In the midst of your storm, may all of you experience the peace that passes all understanding.
  4. Some pigs GUARANTEED to be hunted down by someone . . . https://www.newsweek.com/italy-drug-bust-wild-boar-hidden-cocaine-destroyed-smuggling-operation-1471472
  5. A new chainsaw movie prop?
  6. "I don't like it, not one bit . . ."
  7. Defender, please keep us posted on what you do and the results. What you learn could be most instructive for all of us on here.
  8. The HCP is tied to our DL because of the number. If you cease to have a TNDL would that mean you also cease to have a HCP?
  9. GeezeLouise . . .
  10. Bullard also makes a really nifty Between the Belt holster, as well. I have one and love it.
  11. Glad to have you!
  12. Chuck - doesn't really matter. Mac - Delica sounds good.
  13. I am looking for a small, one blade SHARP folding pocket knife. I had a Spyderco that I loaned someone that I really liked, but never got it back. (Yeah, I blew it . . .) What do some of you carry? Thanks!
  14. I have a set of Craftsman 1/4" drive sockets that my parents bought me for Christmas 49 years ago. I've broken three or four through the years and have always gotten a free replacement. Funny how tools can bring back memories. That particular Christmas my Dad was out of work and he wanted to get me a gift that I could learn to use on fixing things. I think of him every time I use the set . . . he's been gone since 1991.
  15. What wonderful news! I have worked with burn patients and they are always courageous. And Grayfox is right: the girls will love the stories about the scars!
  16. Glad VUMC got you back running! Hope your health remains good!
  17. I've always liked the feel of a leather holster, and I purchased a crossdraw for my XL from Bullard Leather in Cooper, TX. I own several holsters from them and their price and quality cannot be beat! Have a look at their offerings: https://www.bullardleather.com/ BTW, everything they make is custom, so it takes time to get it after you order, but it is worth the wait. I'll try to post some pics later if anyone is interested.
  18. Hi All: I am coming up zilch on finding a magazine for the original .22 Browning Challenger. Do any of you have any suggestions? Thanks!
  19. Where you find the best deals when you buy ammo in bulk?

    Sig P250

Anyone here own or have shot a Sig P250? What are your impressions of it?
  21. My daughter wants her permit, but wants to go to a class that is primarily women.  Anyone have any suggestions for a good HCP class in the Nashville area for females?   Thanks!
  22. Your ideas are great, but I've painted many a car . . . just need a good garage I can rent for 2 days
  23. Thanks for the feedback!
  24. I am working on my mother's 1998 Mercury Sable and gettting it ready to paint.  Car has 52,000 original miles on it and it runs and drives great.  It was a gift to her from her boss.  It's only need?  New paint!  And I'm about a month out from "shooting" it.   Does anyone know of a building, garage space, etc., anything that I could rent for a weekend to paint the car?  Thought I had a contact and it fell through.  I am in south Nashville, but could go anywhere reasonable.
