Independence Ammo is a weird operation.  They do not necessarily manufacture new ammo and this stuff may be Israeli surplus or new Israeli manufacture....according to the interwebz...at least it was in the past.   There's no telling.   Either way, $.55/round is still hard to stomach when $.35-.40 was the norm 6 months ago.

WalMart really needs to stop putting out ammo at the same time everyday.  That is the only way this bullshit is going to stop.  Put it out at random times, don't tell anybody when and fire any employee who is found to give out previous warning of the next day's inventory.   The second thing I would like to see is this gunbot shit that is somehow scanning all websites for ammo postings disabled.   Thirdly, when there are no more posts on the internet of "so and so has ammo now, I just bought some, go have fun scrambling in my tracks", then will this foolishness end.

  That is the reason and you really don't need to go to great lengths to fix it.  Just shot it, let some Hoppe's sit in the chamber for a while during cleaning and that should take care of it.

Pay very close attention to the front sight block and how it lines up with the rest of the rifle.  A lot of them, especially from Centurty Arms, are canted.  It can be fixed and is usually more of an annoyance than anything, but it's nice to not have the front sight posted adjusted all the way over for the thing to shoot straight.   I would also advise doing some reasearh on values.  Do not pay $1000 for a $500 WASR/10.  A lot of people are taking advantage of the latest panic to jack up AK prices to ridiculous levels.

    I imagine whoever would wear such "costume jewelry" got sent to their room plenty of times growing up.
