  1. I also was at WM today and swung by the sporting goods department for a look-see. Not even a single shotgun shell.
  2. No doubt some folks’ cornbread ain’t done in the middle.
  3. WTF is wrong with people? How can anyone with even a half brain think a “prank robbery” is a good idea?
  4. What is the weight of a single 5.56 round? Man, if won that, I’d haul it down to the gun show with a scoop, grocery store scale, and a bunch of plastic baggies. Sell it by weight. Could probably make $20,000.
  5. There will be no “grandfathering” in future laws re: magazines (or clips if you prefer) unless they are serial numbered and quite possibly with an electronic tracking device and/or DNA swab incorporated into them. If I’m not mistaken States like California have already enacted outright bans on normal mags, regardless of when they were made or acquired. Municipalities are doing or trying the same. The endgame is an outright ban, there is no more “easing” gun owners into compliance. They want it done now. if you go hunting for 10 round mags you might just find them absurdly priced. It’s been that way for a while now.
  6. Now, that's how it's done!
  7. It's Chinese and corrosive. http://www.cartrology.com/cartridges/1578 Google Search
  8. Some folks might be better off not thinking or opining on the dozens of ways such a situation could go.
  9. He’s been too busy singing EO’s since day one to sleep.
  10. Alvin York achieved fame by using an M1917 rifle.
  11. No doubt about all that. Jinks is getting on up there. Gotta be in his 80’s at least.
  12. Magazines last forever...until they stop working. Then you have to question whether you dropped one and the feed lips got bent, if there is so much fouling inside it causes friction on the follower, or if the spring is really worn out. How many people have legitimately worn out a mag spring?
  13. I’m no expert either but I think the market is definitely over saturated. Seems like you can’t drive a mile around here without passing a CBD shop or seeing/hearing an ad for one. I also believe big retailers are getting in on it as well
  14. It begs to be shot. Have you considered getting it lettered?
  15. It's beautiful.
  16. Who wants to bet that reddit itself doesn’t get corrected after all this? The financial overseers are pissed and I bet they could make it happen.
  17. It’s all fun and games until a kid mortgages his parent’s house to get in on the action and “make a stand”. https://www.foxnews.com/lifestyle/22-year-old-gamestop-investor-secretly-parents-mortgage-collateral
  18. That is so cool @Chucktshoes! When was it made?
  19. Looks like Robinhood has put a stop to buying Gamestop, along with the other stocks that have been targeted for "attack". "Shares of AMC Entertainment Holdings, BlackBerry Ltd., Bed Bath & Beyond Inc., Express Inc., GameStop Corp., Koss Corp., Naked Brand Group and Nokia Corp. have been restricted to “position closing only,” the company said in a blog post. This means that traders cannot initiate new positions in shares of those companies and can only sell existing holdings." https://www.foxbusiness.com/markets/trading-app-robinhood-blocks-users-buying-gamestop-other-stocks
  20. Well if you want to muddy the waters, locking out a roommate is probably illegal, deadbeat or not.
  21. But of course. The fat cats don’t want anyone cutting in on their action.
  22. My understanding is if you go to Academy on an ammo day and don’t get to buy in store, there are neckbeards out in the parking lot ready to sell you what they just bought inside.
  23. Your guess is as good as mine. What are we talking about?
  24. Jennings is doing a great job hosting Jeopardy. It’s taken a bit of adjustment to get used to his voice but I say make it permanent.
  25. Exactly and the reason for my previous question. No one is going to get into the reloading game today and load at that kind of cost/round.
