Love my little Izula! As for the 6, it's just a bit too big for me. I have Paul Hargis 5" Custom, already, but I wouldn't mind having the Esee 3! Also wouldn't mind having a Esee with a scandi grind, though, I wouldn't want the coating it, like they use on their other knives.

That's a good price! I wouldn't mind having one of those!

I've owned a S&W 30 in 32 Long ( wish I still had it), and a 36. I've. Also owned two Ruger SP101s in. 357 and .38 and a 2nd Issue Colt Agent. 38 6 shot snubbie. The little Colt is the only one I still have. Colts are known for their triggers and at pretty much the same size as a J- frame, the 6th round is nice! With standard velocity .38s it very accurate and controllable. Unfortunately, Colt pretty much got out of the revolver business, but you can still find these great little pistols on the used market, in a matte, blue, nickel, or SS finish. The Agent and Cobra were made with an alloy frame and should not be used with .38+P. The Detective Special is an all steel version that wonders into the realm of the SP101, weight wise, but you get one more shot. Price wise, these pistols go for $400. To $600. The S&W 30 was a very accurate pistol, but I was young and dumb at the time, and snubbies weren't real sexy. The S&W 36 Just never impressed me very much. Both SP101s were great pistols, but if you are on the thicker waist side of life, better start wearing suspenders, cause you are going to be pulling your pants up a lot. They carry much better in a belt holster than the pocket. You will be very concious of the weight in your pants pocket. I'd go try several pistols out at a range or borrow some from friends and see which one you like better. And go with the lightest thing that's comfortable. Aesthetics and availibility of after market parts doesn't matter much to me, except when it comes to holsters. You are buying a pistol for concealment, not necessarily to show off. As a matter of fact I don't want people to know I'm carrying one. The only time others should see it is at the range.

I can think of several things to go see in Sevier County. Bass Pro, Smokey Mountain Knife Works, The Coleman Outlet, J Floyds and The Pancke Pantry, to name but a few. You have yo know when to go, though. For example, this weekend the street rodd are in town. That's never a good weekend to go there.

If you are looking for magazines, then you are about to find out about the other bad thing with Mini 14s. Mag's can be hard to find unless they are promags and when you find them, they are very expensive. I've had two of them. Now I have a Saiga in. 223. Utterly reliable, a bit more accurate and mag's are cheap.

In it's present form, will this law allow the carrying of collapsible batons? Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk -

Dude, I went down this road with my daughter and softball. STOP NOW!!! Buying firearms will be MUCH CHEAPER over the long run!!! The only good thing that comes out of it is the time you get to spend with your kid. Which I wouldn't trade for the world. Just wish we'd have spent that time at the range instead of at the ball field with a bunch of stupid coaches.

I pocket carry it, with the original sheath. It fits just fine in the right front pocket of my khakis or switchbacks! It's lighter than my RAT1 folder, which I gave to my daughter's fiance. Played with it enough that I can pull it out of the sheath while it's still in my pocket. Of course, it takes me two hands to re-sheath it. :)

Cheap doesn't always mean low quality. I love little Rough Rider slip joints. Once you get them sharp, they hold a good edge. :) Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk -

Not the first time Ruger has turned. They supported Clinton with his assault weapons ban and magazine restriction. -

My unit was attached to the 20th Engineer Brigade during Desert Storm and that was the Combat Patch I got to wear afterwards.

I think Cooper had a weight limit on his version of a Scout Rifle. Seems like it was 6.5 lbs or so. He thought a Scout Rifle should be light weight and fast handling. He also thought that in addition to the forward mounted scope, that irons sights should be part of the rifle, too. Seems like most rifle manufacturers, are foregoing iron sights. To me, it's unacceptable for any rifle not to have iron sights and I won't have one without them.

You got that right! I don't even go into Gander anymore. All their stuff must be gold plated or something!
