  1. Any salt type loads for a pellet gun? I've got two bumbles trying to run me off the deck. Hit one with an Airsoft P226 somehow but just knocked him for a loop before he was after me again.
  2. When my sister got the safe deposit box of my dad's after he passed it was stuffed with silver coins and early mint sets. Mom didn't know about them either.
  3. PC is pegged out at 31mbps. New WiFi router and my laptop is getting 62-62mbps which was getting around 25 in its current location away from the WiFi. What can get my PC up to speed?
  4. My NIC, I found out, is good for 100Mbps. My WiFi router in general is slowing everything down. If I take my WiFi router out of the loop the speed runs up. Found the new WiFi router, need to find it on sale now.
  5. Network adapter card or ethernet card, is there a difference? PC runs like a top just ancient. Found one for $10. Better than shelling out for a new machine right now.
  6. Dang is right. I'll be hitting 62mbps once I install a new card in my dinosaur pc. Only gets me to 30 now.
  7. Your wife needs to talk with mine. I would have been SOL if that happened to me.

    Oh Goody!

I had to fly into PBI to visit family in Stuart. What a crock.
  9. After the shot.
  10. Rebel XS. Within the last year I've gotten the "BUSY" screen after the shot and I've always used the high speed write type card. Most of the new cameras you can get a shutter count off the included software or a few web sites can see your count if you plug in.
  11. My DSLR has close to 15k clicks that I got in 2009. Lags some on low light pictures these days. That T3i looks like a nice replacement. Leaned a fair amount reading this thread.
  12. +1 on Tricky's post. I had a 12V capacitor discharge after a careless move on my part. I wouldn't want to see one spark off an HVAC unit by accident.
  13. I'm no hvac pro, but my neighbor replaced his on his own. Someone with more knowledge and sleep will be along shortly. There are a few people here that are good at this stuff.

  15. I had the same issue a while back. Reset everything and still no fix. Changed my email to a different account and it worked fine. Not sure if it was Charter or Hotmail holding up the notifications but Gmail works for me now.
  16. My neighbors beef jerky. Need to bug him again as a matter of fact and take him some beef. The last gallon zip lock bag didn't take long to finish off.
  17. I used to pull those apart when I was a kid and make it shoot the innards out(the small white part in there was the projectile). Ah those were the days.
  18. If I get range time, which is few and far between, I always take my 1982 S&W 686 6" no dash with me. 357mag is fun to shoot. If still locks up tight fire away.
  19. I had 11 loaded for a few weeks before I got number 12 loaded in. With 12 I had a rattle so I load with 12 now and chamber a round and not top it off.
  20. Call Smith and Wesson. I did that with my 686.
  21. Nashville Armory
  22. Smokies, Cherokee Orchard Road.
  23. A sponsor is a sponsor. Hopefully she can get a few more signed up.  LPGA takes what they can get these days. Surely she never got teased as a kid.
  24. Nothing here yet. I've heard this a few years ago, but not on this cold snap.
