    True Blood

Season 2 had a few slow spots on it, but they really got it back going again. Really awesome show.. At first we were worried it was going to be one of those Twilight spin-offs, but with all the sex, drugs, murders and all out craziness that happens we formally decided that it was not for children lol
  2. just make sure that you use a screen lock with a passcode to keep them from opening your phone.
  3. Yeah there are plenty of them around that taste great and not too expensive. Used to enjoy a god scotch whiskey on the weekends, and my favorite of all time has to be Glendronach single malt. I could usually only afford the 12 or 15 year old, but a few of us chipped in once and bought a 30+ year old bottle (they were about $500 a pop). The 15 year old was probably the best we ever tried.
  4. So you're saying there's a difference in a good hamburger and one from McDonald's that you can feel clogging your upper intestines and body going into mild shock 7 minutes after consuming it?
  5. Didn't even know they made these, can you use the same fireplace pellets in them or are they a special type?
  6. Two things I'm anxious to see is the hyper-v networking (going to save a massive amount of time) and the dynamic access control that modifies controls depending on what type of device is accessing the data. Could care less about most of the other stuff. It may have more in it that is useful, but have only read a few white papers on it.
  7. Duck tape and jumper cables is all you need, you're in TN after all
  8. That is what I mentioned previously, the actual purpose of this is not due to some expensive research, or input from users. It is solely for them to streamline between the devices in hopes that MS can grab a larger hold on the mobile device market. They've been discussing this for over a year now, and to me it looks like they're just slinging mud on the wall hoping something sticks so they can start the battle with Apple. The problem with this in my humble irrelevant opinion, is also what you stated, most users don't want to dumb down their computers and that is exactly what this does. If the purpose of Win8 actually is to remove the granulated controls that computers offer, then there would be no benefit from hardware advancements. We might as well all be using some old POS thin client. If I was a guessing man, MS is actually releasing this to try and steal some of Apple's thunder for the release of 10.8 this month.
  9. send his ass to north korea and see what they do to him for messing with their flags
  10. Suicide is for quitters, that's why most of us will never be faced with the problem.
  11. They do, that's where we were going while in Knoxville. I think they have multiple cameras on the range. A lot of idiots in there... Last time we were there one of the guys was giving a lesson to other newbies on how his special model glock "never required cleaning" and he has his "special bullets that penetrate clothing and explode when they touch flesh"
  12. It's going to be a slow come on if any at all. Win7 does what people need it to now, with the economy in this state and the business side just getting to implement Win7, I expect Win8 to be a fairly exciting dud. Contrary to what they are stating, that Win8 is the most secure system they have released, and it is technically when measured against the same parameters Win7 was, but this OS does much more and it is not when you consider the new capabilities. DoD, NIST and a few other groups worked with MS on Win7 to help secure it. This time around, from what I understand, there was not as an extensive collaboration. The premise behind this OS was to suck up more of a marketshare by standardizing mobile devices from phones to tablets all the way to the users home pc. I think it's just a bad move all the way around, but hey.. they're the multi-billion dollar entity and I'm just a random guy on the internet.
  13. As dumb as this sounds, I honestly can't say it's surprising <edit> I do have to disagree with you on his ability to do research though, because after all, he was on the losing end of his own argument.
  14. Wife's friend is in town, not sure what they are doing today. We were bored yesterday and wife was at work, wasn't going shopping or anything to keep her entertained so I said, hope you like guns cause we're going to the range lol. They mentioned something about Nashville Shores today, but I could care less about being around screaming kids all day long so that may be a trip they do on their own. Maybe I'll stick around the house and do something productive like change the oil in a car or surf the web all day.
  15. Maybe the legal people here can clarify here, but if this guy is say in Kentucky and he is quoting case law between a person and another state, that means that it would be a federal case (or irrelevant). If that is a federal case ruling, could the cops not charge him with being stupid at the state level, then he would have to go through the entire gambit of local and state courts before it could be moved up to the federal level and compared then? Might be wrong in my assumption of how the system works, but it seems like he's been lucky during the encounters so far. My second guess is that he is just regurgitating internet research and he couldn't tell you the intent behind any of those rulings he has quoted.
  16. This kind of stuff should concern everyone, Dolomite didn't pay for anything out of his accident but I'm sure he understands the scope of the expenses. My accident is now pushing $600,000 and might go up another hundred or few hundred thousand depending on follow up surgeries. Does anyone really think that government controlled insurance is going to put the OK on a procedure for a person they think is going to cost them a million dollars over their lifetime?
  17. Predators sound like a regular little prop plane unless they've changed something on them within the past few years, when we were in Macedonia we pulled guard on the Skopje airport there and they were launching them all the time
  18. We are ordered to show papers for everything we do. Producing a document during a enforcement stop of some type is not anything that will interfere with it. Besides, my wife was told by USCIS that she has to carry proof of her immigration status at all times so it's sort of silly to allow illegal immigrants to get away with it, and legal immigrants be forced to carry them. Great thing about states is if you don't agree with one of their laws, you don't have to go into that state - This is why I will never be in California for any reason other than to transfer planes.
  19. The ruling could be a good thing as well... Arizona can check documents on people being stopped by the cops. The gov can now tax you for not having something. Why doesn't Arizona start imposing a non-documented immigrant penalty (cause according to Pelosi, it cannot be a tax). If they do not pay the penalty, they get tracked down by the IRS and thrown in federal prison on a scale just like other tax frauds face, they would then be considered a felon documented in our system and kicked out. The money coming in from people paying the penalty could be used for hiring contractors to haul people back to the border, directly raising the employment rate and boosting the economy and removing the need for the INS to provide services.
  20. Those guys and the national guard supply clerks coming back in from combat zones telling war stories to their grandmas and high school buddies. They get to do everything, including training other country's special forces groups on special missions while working directly for a division commander. (cousin had all kinds of these stories when he got back.. just waiting to hear about how they flew him out to Aberdeen to personally provide input to the pentagon on these rounds lol)
  21. Since approx. 3 out of 10 Americans own firearms, they should implement a non-ownership firearm tax penalty. You buy a firearm, or have to pay that $1000. It'll be like bailout #3, arm most of the country (yes I understand a lot of them shouldn't even own a paintball gun) and boost the economy instantly.
  22. Think the uk says politicians can only campaign for 6 weeks to keep them from doing what is going on here Sent from my SPH-D700 using Tapatalk 2
  23. I think we should have enforcement about like Germany. You can do that kind of junk if you want and kill yourself off, but if you bother anyone else in the process or do something stupid the cops will beat you into the pavement until you can't move, then they'll call some buddies over to beat you some more, then they'll plop you in jail for however long they feel like it. Society tries to resolve multiple issues with children by placing them on legalized amphetamines, (because pharmaceutical grade drugs are much better for them I guess) but we use the children as an excuse to restrict our freedom when it comes to someone making similar garbage because it doesn't have an fda stamp on the baggie. Don't take that the wrong way like I think we should just have no law addressing the matter because it is quite the opposite. As long as those crackheads weren't bothering anyone else cooking up that demon sperm in the night around no one else I have no problem with it. Now the second they bother someone's property, or bother someone else, or put someone else at risk then I think that is when they should be hammered to a wall, spayed and neutered, then forced to stand in some awkward yoga pose while being injected with whatever they use for lethal injections
  24. Just came out today, but can't transport anything in this vehicle. Sorry! Sent from my SPH-D700 using Tapatalk 2
