  1. "Be aware that once the firing pin stop is out of its way, the firing pin is going to head aft with great enthusiasm. " Got a laugh from this line.
  2. Long Hunter is closed, barricades at the entrance.
  3. 300 BLK pistol, correct handed. I have converted it to 5.56 NATO a few months back.
  4. I believe it is called "Tacticool".
  5. In have to get out and work when I can, stay at home when I do not have work. Wife stays home and only goes to the store for supplies. I am thing about fishing this weekend if I can dig a few worms.
  6. Yes, the salaried people were giving the option, take the cut or get furloughed. No dispute, I get paid for the hours I work, I know not to work for free and my boss knows not to ask. I stand corrected, should have used the term “Employment At Will”.
  7. Dave, the company I work for did cut salary pay by 10 to 30%. Hourly gets hours cut, In the past 2 days I am short 4 hours and have 3 days in this pay period left. If there is no work I stay home. Thanks for the reply about the WC thing.
  8. The IRS does not have my direct deposit information. What can I do? In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail. As I pay in every year for 5 years now I have to wait for the portal to open to get my bank info to the IRS.
  9. O they are out there, was at the bus station and saw a few. Now that everybody is at home you see them easier while driving down town.
  10. On the cutting pay thing. TN is a right to work state, salary can and has been cut. Hourly can not be cut unless the person is laid off or fired, than rehired at a lesser pay. Yesterday we just had a round of "furloughs", some of the hourly and salary people were furloughed. The company will pay for their health insurance till the person is called back. the money has to paid back at some point. The owner took a 120 days of no pay, after that a 30% pay cut and no bonus for 2020. Upper management took a 20% cut and no bonus. middle and bottom management took a 10% cut and no bonus. Us that are payed hourly do not get any over time, we are cut off at 40 hours. If there is no work we go home early or stay home and no bonus. We lost 1 salary office person and 4 service hourly guys in our office. We all believe this is not all that will be furloughed. I am still working, but the next few days, weeks, months will not be fun. On top of all that we have to worry about getting sick!!! Any one heard if getting the virus at work is covered under works comp?
  11. Congrats to yall, nice pics. Thanks for sharing!
  12. I was out today working. Had to go to the bus station on Charlotte, 400 block. Place was a ghost town, maybe 10 people in 2 hours. Drove back down 4th to Broad. Saw a beggar with a new sign "Will kidnap your boss and whop his butt for 5 bucks". Called my boss to tell him about the new sign. As I drive down to the river on Broad saw just 2 sight seers, People are staying home for the most part. Yes I wash going in, wash going out and sanitize with alcohol after in the van.
  13. I have all the firearms I need for now, other things are pressing at the time.
  14. I think I will keep mine close as I might need it in a few days, weeks, or months.
  15. Fishing, not as hard as golf and a lot more fun and you can eat on a good day.
  16. I stand corrected, good job guys!
  17. Have you checked to see if all cylinders chambers are the same size? My bet they are not. Could be the "jump" inside the cylinder is an issue. My $0.02, shoot them up and reload as needed.
  18. Live bait is the answer, be it red wigglers, night crawlers, meal worms and crickets., With a night crawler, hook it in the head end about 1/4 inch back from the tip. Now get a syringe with needle and inject air into the worm. with a sinker about 12 inches in front of the hooked worm cast it out and jig it back. Red wiggler you need a bobber, weight and small hook. put the weight about 12 inches above the hook, put the bobber 12 inches above the weight. Hook the worn as any times as you can on the hook. Cast near rocks or tree roots. Same set up for meal worms and crickets. This all these WILL get bites, small hooks for small fish. https://www.theonlinefisherman.com/hooks https://duckduckgo.com/?q=night+crawlers+worms+inject+air&t=ffnt&ia=web
  19. A ray gun used in an old Godzilla movie, I think.

  22. This is my biggest fear, as much as I hate to admit it.
  23. Sure, any place can be defended, just need more hands and more firearms to put into them hands. While not always easy, but it can be done.
