I understand that James Yeager is an abrasive person, and while a lot of people don't like him I enjoy his videos and hope to take a class there one day. -

I want to build one using 2 of the 330 gallon ibc totes, it would be for non potable water since we have a shingled roof. I will incorporate a first flush system of about 30 gallon capacity. The ibc totes can be purchased for 60 to 90 dollars and take up the same floorspace as 4 55 gallon drums. I'll probably build a small lean to shed to put them under.

Needs black grips in my opinion, doesn't look like you did a bad job with the coating.

You can check around your area but if you have any race shops around like dirt car race shops they have 5 gallon cans without any goofy epa nozzles and they are way cheaper than the NATO or other "jerry cans" they are made from thick plastic and have sturdy handles. -
I'm really good with mechanical things, I've built engines and replaced about every part you can replace on an automobile, but bikes are something new to me and especially this bike is almost impossible to find parts for I believe they only made them 2 years.

Hate to break it to you but liquid bleach is almost useless after 6 months, calcium hypochlorite (pool shock) is better for storing for shtf. Still loses potency but not nearly as fast. -

+1 unclejak, fence in your gardens if possible to keep animals out won't help much for 2 legged upright walking type but this past year we did just a simple 3 strand electric fence and we had zero pest issues -
X2 It's also already very dry its really amazing, well to me atleast.

Medical supplies including antibiotics(look into fish antibiotics) and training on how to administer aid, a way to heat your home, I wouldn't solely rely on propane for this, a wood stove with a good stack of wood is a better choice. You said you have spring water and that's perfect for drinking but what if it gets contaminated, also you should collect rainwater even if it's only 100 gallons it could be used for baths and washing dishes and clothes. A way to charge batteries like a simple solar system would make a huge difference. Maybe some fuel for your vehicles for emergency use only. 20 gallons is usually about a 400 mile range for most vehicles. Knowledge and training will be the most important things. I composed this list cause its things on my list, you can never be prepared enough. -
I stocked up on extra gas and groceries Thursday thankfully, but I started carrying my shotgun in the truck just incase things get bad, I work at a place that takes ebt that you wouldn't normally think about.

We made some taco soup last week similar to chili just use taco seasoning. My recipe Brown 1-2 pounds ground beef with a whole onion chopped up and a pack of taco seasoning. a can of black beans, can of red kidney beans, can of chili beans can of diced tomatoes, can of whole kernel corn. Add all into pot with a pack of taco seasoning and add chili powder to taste.

The way you have it would work for tightening things but would come loose while you loosened things. You could maybe lock it like was stated above -
Glenn your story made me think of another not about me but my brothers and stepdad. My brother was given some professional grade fireworks, the artillery shell style, and he was told the tubes got wet so they might be duds. So they decide to try one it was July and the yard was so dry the grass was almost dying, they light one set it in the tube and run and boom it exploded right off the ground. Catches the yard on fire they put it out with a garden hose nothing major just a few burnt spots but then they do it again and boom it exploded about 2 foot out of the tube but this shell was different it it didn't just explode it burned and that time they caught about half the yard on fire, put it out themselves, my stepdad is a assistant fire chief, when mom she chewed him out it was hilarious.

I've been wanting to get one for a while. Right now I have a Condor multi wrap in my ghb to serve the same purposes, I think that's what the name is, it is a convertible head covering kinda like a buff.

So I was getting some ice out of the freezer and it was stuck together so what did I do, ram my glass into it to bust some up that's a good way to end up with a shard of glass about and inch into your hand.
