  1. Dried dead wood is much harder to split also, unless you have a hydraulic splitter then who cares.
  2. I would give as many of them as I could an extra hole to breathe out of and when I ran out of bullets I would have used that RR to clear a way out
  3. I signed up what's the worse thing that could happen?
  4. I have had the last 3-4 sets balanced with weights on the inside only. And typically if they won't balance then you break down then spin the tire a little on the wheel. I have had them balanced before with weights on the inside only at a couple tire places around, they have to use a different setting on their machine but it works and balances out well. I want to touch them up so I'm not worried about the weights already being on the outside.
  5. I bought a set of falken wildpeaks this spring and I love them so far, they ride good and are priced reasonably and have a good warranty as for a place to have them installed I had mine installed at tire barn here in Knoxville and they did a good job, my only complaint is that they put weights on the outside and I have charcoal painted wheels so they stand out, next time I I have them rotated ill have them rebalance with weights on the inside only.
  6. I'm no legal expert, I also don't drink, but my opinion is that if you wanna drink when your out somewhere then you better have a lockable container to lock your unloaded pistol in. I don't know of any law pertaining to possessing ammunition having consumed alcohol.
  7. I shot a pretty tight group with only a couple strays from 15 yards, still good enough for a perfect score.
  8. I have experienced a mag not seating properly, that is with standard gi mags but not with Pmags which you can squeeze 31 rounds into but it won't function properly. I also use gi mags with Magpul followers and haven't had any issues.
  9. While I disagree with his 28 rounds in a 30 video, I like a lot of his other stuff. If a mag is designed to hold 30 then that's what should be in it and if a 30 round mag doesn't function properly with 30 rounds then its a poor design. I don't know if I would want to carry them anyways and the whole spring tension argument, it's been proven time and time again that keeping a spring compressed doesn't shorten its live, it's cycling the spring that will weaken it and eventually lead to magazine failure.
  10. I've found if grass is all you have you can make a bundle out of it, bundle it tight, then fluff one end and use that end to catch a spark.
  11. Seems like every Tom dick harry and their granny has some sort of single shot shotgun
  12. I have a 69 cj6 with the hardtop, I plan on restoring and modifying it one day, right now it has the 225 Buick v6 with 3 speed manual

  14. New tv and antenna is all you need. I have an outside antenna and from Morgan co I pick up Knoxville and Chattanooga channels. 3 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15, 43, 54, 61
  15. My papaw always wears grey t-shirts with the pocket on it. I know life will not be the same without him. Mammaw passed away 2 years ago.
  16. Well I'm jealous, so are most of these places somewhat close to Atlanta or are they really spread out all over?
  17. She cuts my hair.... No seriously We met at church and I couldn't keep my eyes off her, we started talking and dated for 4 years, October 15 will make 2 years we've been married. I wouldn't say we share so many common interests but we definitely share a lot of values. She makes me a better man. She's my best friend.
  18. 10-4 well I still wanna look into it more, I know who to ask if I have any questions
  19. We just go straight to the source a loxal guy has been selling it for years close to home. No to get too far off topic how, hard is it to get started? I have thought about it, but wanted to talk to someone who does it.
  20. I think skunks dig up yellow jackets nests Quick search suggests I'm right, they will dig up and eat the nest.
  21. When you get off get off at the Harriman exit you'll be about 25 minutes south of me.
  22. No refusal dui campaign this weekend, maybe we see some more videos like this one.
  23. Man if I only had more time with the dog I have I would love to have the grey one, I like unique dogs
  24. Here's the cost, payroll for the officers involved + fuel for those 20+ patrol vehicles + I'm sure there's a cost for each DL that is ran. All for a few citations, sounds to me like a poor excuse for a revenue checkpoint. I have no problem complying with an officer but I agree these checkpoints aren't worth their salt and our founding fathers wouldn't be happy with us being complacent with this practice.
