  1. He has the type of attitude suited for politics sooo....
  2. Yep, that was it. Always thought it to be pretty kickass too how he eases the stock out of his pocket, slowly attaches the stock, bullets kicking up dust, then one high pitched squall later the bad guy has extra ventilation.
  3. So he kills "angel eyes" only to have him come back as a colonel 2 movies later ?
  4. What kinda George Lucas back assery writing is that !?
  5. If its bare wood that is porus i have used dark shoe polish to "wax on wax off". I wouldn't suggest using it for anything food related after that but you will definitely increase darkness. That or gel stain is also an option
  6. And while on that movie, anyone know what pistol Col. D. Mortimer (lee van cleef) used to finish his first bounty in that movie ? He attaches a screw on buttstock to what appears to be a 12" hand cannon.
  7. So why do they call clints trilogy "the man with no name" when clearly he has a name in "for a few dollars more" ?
  8. You don't have to be an "old man" to be disgusted by today's youth. Or for that matter a great deal of today's society. I understand why psychologist associate animal killing with kids who grow into adult murderers and the like. I hate cats, but I've never laughed when one's been splatted in the street :stunned:   All it takes is one stroll through the 407 flea market to see where we are headed as a people. And it's filled with fat asses in skinny jeans, bra-less, and ugg boots that look like they came stomping out of the cow pasture. And that was just the guys !!!! :puke:
  9. One part I didn't add was the exchange of money. I've sent money to the seller but those were under unique circumstances. Easier way was to send a usps money order to the FFL or gunshop in the sellers name. That way they have to come to the shop to make the deal. And for safety I have sent it registered so it would be signed for by someone at the shop.   There are safe ways to do it, but they are also costly. But then again, what's a unicorn worth these days :ugh:
  10. I've bought several from out of state. Safest way I've found is to get a third party involved, as several have already stated.   My method after finding said firearm: Search the local ffl/gunshop first. Then search that ffl or shops reputation. Then I will call them and let me know what I have in mind. I've been shot down several times or was given a price beyond what I wanted to pay. But I always ended up finding someone. Establish a price for handling such a task with the ffl. Then pursue the seller and the firearm. I usually let them know right up front that I already have an ffl in the area ready to take possession of the firearm and take care of the entire transfer. If they suggest their own "buddy ffl" that will do it for free then for me I am out. I've done the leg work and they insist on using their guy ??? First sign of an ass raping IMO.   Keep in mind this way of doing business adds up. Usually I add $100 to whatever I am paying for the firearm. Luckily I've learned unless the piece is old and a odd bird it will eventually turn up locally. Even if locally means the other side of the state.
  11. Garufa nailed it.   When you enter through the double doors keep walking straight towards the double set of steps located at the opposite side (or the rear ) of the bldg.   Once you reach the steps turn left and walk roughly 20-30 feet. David's booth always sticks out of the end of the aisle a little bit and will be a more organized than most you see.   Best money you will spend at the whole show :)
  12. Proving once again how history is being successfully erased, lol.
  13. Yep, thats the one. Remember reading his ad for the 550 boxes of 22. Went something like "Sure, im fu*king you, but better me than someone that doesnt care about you", lmao.
  14. It must me a user named foster. He is blowing it up with ammo ads.
  15. I no longer have cable or satellite and that makes it a lot easier to avoid. What I can't figure out is how the same people that call wrestling fake turn right around and tell me how real the duck clan is. Both are soap operas !!! Lol
  16. Maybe if they hadn't bought a couch big enough to seat the entire brandy bunch they could snuggle more, lmao.   I mean da*n look at that thing...
  17. Maybe they can ask Obama for another loan.Since he got GM out of the hole once before :stunned:
  18. I must have missed him during all those years of history or "social studies".. I am pretty sure I'd remember a dumb a** mug such as his :)
  19. I am sorry for your loss. I am in agreement with Dr. Alarms. While science can prove many, many things I am still of the belief that the greatest minds that exist today can't explain everything that happens in this short life we live.
  20. Never understood why so many young ones love wearing a shirt with his face on it like he was a saint
  21. Was there also this past week. One side, as tncobra stated, 223 in bulk cases. To your right they have a display case with small quantities of other ammo. No 22 to be had.
