  1. He'll probably make Dennis Rodman ambassador to North Korea.
  2. Got a hammer and a torch?
  3. They'd do better manufacturing 22 WRM ammunition rather than another gun model you can't feed. :wall:
  4. Tandy has 7-9 oz double shoulders on sale right now at a VERY attractive price. A double shoulder will make a poop load of sheathes.                       http://www.tandyleather.com/en/eflyer/1604rt-usa   I like a bit thinner leather for sheathes. This is great for holsters, but for the price, it'll work fine.
  5. Mr. Jinks is the Smith and Wesson historian. He's not a difficult man to locate.
  6. This one's all electronic. No vacuum used to my knowledge. Someone else has told me that it has a clutch assembly inside the transfer case, and it probably needs replacing. Makes sense.
  7. Not stupid at all. I did check them. All good.
  8. No. The front drive shaft isn't turning. If it doesn't turn, the front axle isn't going to get power no matter what.
  9. I have an 02 Silverado. Last winter, one morning it wouldn't engage into four wheel drive. This is to mean the transfer case isn't turning the front drive shaft.   There are no warning lights on in the dash. I've replaced the transfer case shift motor, and the switch in the dash with the buttons to select 2wd, 4hi, 4low, etc. Same thing.   I've read about a transfer case control module. I have to buy another $150 part to see if that's it. I had no prior problems, leaks, noise, etc. in the transfer case   . Got any suggestions as to my next move? :wall:
  10. That's what I thought. Just back it out some more.   You can also purchase either a 30 caliber, or a 30-30 neck sizing die.
  11. The first time I shot a can of tannerite, I made the remark that this chit ain't gonna be legal long. I stand by that.
  12. Why can't you just back your 30-30 sizing die off until it only neck sizes?
  13. They're politicians....that's what they do.   I didn't think the "stop pointing that thing at me" bit was out of line, however....zip tie or no.
  14. I saw that on the news this morning. Another guy told him to put it up and quit waving it around before he hurt somebody. Quite comical.
  15. Take the gate down and put it back up?
  16. Chattanooga Choo Choo!
  17. I broke my garden last Saturday, which means it's about time to revive this thread! Grab your hoes and let's go. :no1:
  18. I'm almost finished with a can of 4064 that's about old as I am. If it' been stored properly, it'll be fine.
  19. Money isn't an issue in reloading for me. I can load higher quality ammo than I can buy, and can also tailor a load to a specific gun. I can also shoot obscure calibers I wouldn't be able to shoot if I didn't reload.
  20. Whatever a**hole dreamed up the 45 acp small primer case probably also designed the 45 GAP. Something unneeded that adds stress and confusion to our lives. Probably some government program for this. :wall:
  21. The side emblem didn't come along until a bit later. I'm not sure about the grips. THis is a bit of a different animal than the later hand ejector models we're used to seeing.
  22. I don't shoot competitively, but 5 grains of Bulseye and a 230 grain fmj is perfect.
  23. What makes you think it isn't an 1896 S&W? I believe it is.
  24. My youngest son had one. He outgrew it fast, but it ran like a top. I sold it for about what I gave for it new.   I'd suggest a bigger one the kid could grow into. There's no reason a little fella can't ride a full sized 4 wheeler. If I went this route, however, I'd buy a name brand one instead of a China knockoff.
