One in the office, 1 in the crapper, 1 one table in the den, by the tv stand, and usually one or two stashed in the car for when I gotta kill some time waiting somewhere. Plus Ruth's Story.   I'm hopeless.   Thanks. I kinda like it so far.

Actually, I'm surprised that any at all is left. The usual site I order from had multiple pallets full Friday morning about 9, by  noon, it was gone. But maybe everyone has "enough" now.

Great thoughts,..... But being very cynical, especially of ratings oriented tv organizations, I don't really expect much but a lipservice awnser in response.

You know, I can't really remember. But I think it was around the time of the David/Rabbi era. Seems like I was told about an online gun forum that had gotten pretty interesting over some disagreements between them. The morbid curiosity I guess brought me in. Never did find out what went on, but stayed around because I enjoyed it so much.   Also because I was pretty much homebound at the time with cancer issues. Real glad I stayed around.

Dennis, I don't think there is a possible rational counter-point to what you've said.   Our country is politically, financially, and now morally bankrupt. With those on the dark side in power and leading the downhill slide to catastrophic speeds with little or no brakes; I fear that it doesn't really look all to promising for the future. 

Was anything ever mentioned again on Obama's comment that in the 33 days since the Newtown shootings that over 900 people had met their deaths at the end of a gun? And I believe that pretty much the way he said it the day of the speech/press conference.

That's a very sweet looking gun.   Taurus models were one of the reasons I got heavy into handguns in the mid 90's. Had qiute a few over the years and 2 of my favs have been the PT100/40 abd the PT92.   Like the OP, I did sell most of mine as I got deeper into "better" models and brands, but the 100 was always around. And last year found a railed 92 like this one as it was being traded in. I hung around and made sure it came home with me.

  I'll go along with mcurrier on this. I personally feel that the 40 has a harsher recoil impuse than the 45 whether I'm shooting a steel or poly frame gun. I'm pretty much out of the 40 except for my G22/24. For some reason, it doesn't seem quite as bad to me with the Glock pistols. 

I promise to try harder.

Had my fill of them when in my late 40s when I was dumb enough to still have several cc with them. Ran away and not once regretted it. Not to mention their work in giving unsecured loans and cc to illegals. That really burnt my backside.
