I really wish I had something constructive to add, but it's just so stupid that I can't think straight.    I guess all that I can say is....   Home school is the only safe, reasonable, solution to the liberal indoctrination mills that we have today.    I just wonder how long it will be until some PHD'd idiot decides that home schooling doesn't prepare children to function in their world because thay haven't learned to socialize with the rest of the so-called intelligent, politically correct world?   And  Smith, I hate to say it, but I've been waiting to hear something stupid like this since I first heard about your kids. Knowing you even as little as I do, I knew it was only a matter of time before the children of a good man would have to contend with this.

That pretty well sums it up. I don't think anyone could reasonably say that this not a fundamental goal of the left.

Well...I guess that does it for me. i have an F model. I had asked for a pickup, repair chech and the free mag. But I think I'll amend that to the refund process now.   My take on the slide is one cheap casting job, with or without poor materials in construction.

Perhaps it's just me that wonders this. Or perhaps I'm mis-informed and sadly out of touch with reality. But I must ask.   Where are these " 50% or more of the NRA that want (more) sensible background checks"?   And Cooper didn't say this, but related to it, where are the 50-75% of gun owners the media talks about that want regulated sales, more b/c, mag restrictions, and gun bans?   I just don't see it. I vote in all the pools I see, and check the results where possible. I continually see 75-80% against these issues.   And yes, I know targeted audiences will skew poll results. But just seems very unlikely to me that gun owners and NRA members could be polled and get results like that.   And his "sensible moderates and No Labels.org" comments. What are and who are "sensible moderates"?  "No Labels.org"? Sounds like another Obama group cheerleading session to me.   And if you get the suble hint that I'm not a fan of Jim Cooper, you might be right.

I was looking thru some old records the other day, and now I can't find it again. But I believe it was August, 1998. I remember it was hot as the devil's playground at Symrna when we did shoot qualifications.   So I guess about 14 years.
