Most of the other vet assistance groups have an overhead of less than 10%. This is still high but vastly better than 40%-60% depending on which report check. As an example, Salvation Army is around 2%. This info is available on line and is somewhat of an eye opener when you start checking the more popular charities. Examples, Red Cross and Humane Society.

I have never heard of a dog being allergic to a human. I would be more inclined to believe it might be a combination of stress/excitement over meeting the baby. It will be interesting to see if he stops doing it when he has had more exposure to your daughter. Of course my diagnosis is probably worth exactly what you paid for it.
