I just finished watching the evening news while taking care of the parents dinner. Florida either passed, or upheld a previous law that bars Doctors from asking any questions regarding guns or gun ownership. Apparently some were refusing to treat patients if they didn't answer,or answered with an opinion different from the physician. Hopefully this trend will spread.

I would rather play with Anna Kournikova than a computer any day!

I walked into a deal on an unfired FN Scar16. Never played with one before. Are there any things I should know about it, any must have accessories, never do this's,etc?

My parents get theses calls frequently. Most of the time we ignore them. Occasionally I will answer and play along with the caller pretending to start up their computer. I'll ask numerous questions and explanations on which keys to push,how to go from one screen to another,etc, until I get bored. Then I say bad things about their mother and sisters and hang up on them. Childish, I know, but I hope never grow up.

I would think one of the better point and shoots, would be a lot more versatile and easier to handle. Nikon Coolpix and Cannon Powershots have produced some amazing images. They are small and light enough you can toss one in your shirt pocket when you go somewhere.

My son and I were also thinking along those same lines. Rent their lane,rent their gun,buy a few hundred rounds of ammo from them= lots of cash burned up quickly!

Glad to report, Buds called me to come pick up the gun today. All is well with TCS except they were running really slow on approval times. If anyone is interested you can rent/shoot full autos at their range. Not sure what they have to rent, but heard several full auto mag dumps while there this morning.

I went to Buds today and found a Mosin my son wanted. Decent price, nothing to write home about though. Took it up front to do paperwork and pay. Oops, TICS was closed down. I decided to wait around and see if they decided to come back to life. While I was waiting I couldn't help overhearing several other would be purchasers. They were completely convinced that it was the beginning of Jade Helm! They were so convinced in their arguments, that I had to drive by Walmart to make sure there weren't any detention camps set up. Thankfully all was well. If I had only thought to put a roll of tin foil in the car today, I could have made enough cash to pay for my sons gun with hat sales.
