  1. Friends of mine who go every year told me to take ice, lots and lots of ice.
  2. Just read where the Thunderbirds lost a plane also today. No injuries in that crash though.
  3. Just replace the whole cable and be done with it.
  4. Pour it in my sons car, it will be gone in no time! Seriously I would just add a little to the car and or lawn mower tank until it's gone. I'm sure others will disagree, but we used this method after hurricane season every year in Florida. Never had any damage from it.
  5. That would really bite! I don't believe I would have let the python go though, made into boots yes, let it go, no.
  6. I was in Buds in Sevierville today thinking they may have some available, but that was not the case.
  7. Bah! Shields in 45 cal are for sissies! I'm waiting on the 10mm shield.
  8. Pretty sure I'll be needing one.
  9. I hoist a beer in your honor sir.
  10. I was going to ask if she could swing by my house and squirrel away some cash? Very nice gun, I looked at one the other day, but also put it back do to lack of squirrel activity.
  11. Yeah, I'm jealous, the neighbor came over the other day, raising hell, because my son was shooting Coke cans with his pellet gun. The "bullets" we're hitting the side of his house according to him. He only shut up when I showed him my son was shooting in the opposite direction of his house. I asked him not to ever come back again....
  12. I hear a lawsuit coming soon!
  13. I was going to suggest one of the resident holster makers or a shoe repair shop.
  14. That really was an ugly color on a bad bike!
  15. Agree with the $700 dollar range in that condition. The box and paper adds more also. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go higher on Gunbroker or one of the other auction sites.
  16. You're going to need to inject some glue I to the crack for it to hold. You probably need to wipe the wood down or soak it with lacquer thinner or other degreaser solvent first. I like gorilla glue.
  17. Prayers for Tommy's needs and comfort for the family.ķ
  18. If it's the whole deck, rather than sand it, I would pressure clean all the loose stuff off. I would then apply one of the deck renewal paints. I think Behrs and Rustoleum both have a version. I used the Rustoleum on my small front deck and steps and it really came out well.
  19. They sell treated deck treads also, just cut them to length and screw or nail down. Cheap and a log easier than sanding down the old ones.
  20. That's the ones! Got them, 2 hangers, treads and screws, good to go. All you need is a saw and drill to install. I did have to put a paver under one side to level them.
  21. Did you look at the precut steps at HD or Lowes. My deck is 3 steps down also, and my son and I got a couple of the treated precut risers, some nailing brackets and treads. All together it was around $50 and took about an hour to do it.
  22. Is there any possibility that the ramp/spring assembly are just gummed up?
  23. Probably work pretty good for cutting open watermelons, kind of big for gutting fish.
  24. I was channel surfing late one evening a few weeks back, and came across this movie. I hadn't seen it for a while and decided to watch it again. To my utter horror, it had been pc'd, made politically correct, sanitized, etc. it was completely unwatchable, they played music during the "bean scene" around the campfire! Time to go dig out my disc and rewatch the original version. I only made it through about 20 minutes of the new version.
