Hey Guys Just took possession of my first AR. It's a custom build that Fighting Sheepdog put together for me ( pics and build list to come). I have a 18" x3/4 1:7 stainless barrel. Who has something similar and what load are you using. I plan on this being a predator small game set up. And thinking I need to be around 70-80 grain bullets Thanks for your help

I would agree with the 1911, but I would go with the 38super . Super fun round and very accurate. And with a budget like that put the rest in big brother 1911/45 and ammo for both

The scope has about 3 1/2" eye relief but the gun weighs about 13 lbs so not real kick to it. I started missing this one as soon as it left the house but I just don't shoot enough bench rest to keep it. How is the rear rest working for you

It's been said already so I will beat the dead horse. Conceal carry and NO one knows the different. I have seen open carry and watched them as they shopped. Looks to me like they are trying to get a response out of someone. Not to mention IF the SHTF they will be the first to be targeted. I prefer to go low and slow

I stuck one in my 6br. Pulled the barrel and put it in a barrel vice. Use my air compressor with a high pressure tip and was able to blow it out. I Know, I Know. But I have witnesses and they were sober

We put up between 15-20 a year they all get skinned. Soak in salt water with ice for about 30 min rinse vacuum seal and freeze
