My experience has shown CDNN will grade conservative on used guns (police trade-ins) if they say "very good to excellent" they have been. Your mileage may vary but I have had very good experiences buying from them

I will be in the Smyrna area the first part of December..  I called Glock this morning to see if the cost of the night sights had changed and it is still $57.  The tech told me to bring my magazines along also.  I told them I had several and the tech said bring them all so I will..... :)

I have used Lee Lube with good results for 20 years or so and have never stuck a case using it.  It isn't as fast to apply as the spray lube but comes off easy...  A light coat per case will do the trick.  Lee lube is less messy than the RCBS lube and pad that I first used when I started reloading.   http://www.midsouthshooterssupply.com/item/0000690006/Case_Sizing_Lube_2_Oz_Tube_

I use 55 grain Sierra spitzer or HP in a M400 sig with good results. Velocity @ 10' from muzzle is around 3k using CFE 223 or Varget.

12 guage slug will turn his lights out quick if placed in a critical spot.....  :)  A black bear was killed near Marquand, MO a couple of years ago with .22 long rifle.  The bear was eating dog food from storage shed and home owner feared for his life.  Conservation Agents ruled it a good shoot... No charges filed for taking the bear.

I thought KY recognized all state permits also but handgunlaw.us states they only recognize the ones that recognize KY permits.  Gary Slider usually has up to date info.  I didn't go to the KY website to check as it isn't an issue for me living in Missouri.

Missouri recognizes all other states' permits also. 

There are also tools that look like a wire stripper that I saw that looked like would work OK. Some were metal and some plastic.

Some of the people on Predatormastersforum.com use winkler's tail strippers. Google is your friend. I found some in the $3 and $4 range before freight.

Missouri residents do not qualify for a Illinois non-resident permit. The clause to carry inside vehicle with a valid permit is helpful to get me across the Southern tip of IL at the Ohio/Miss. River bridges I hear rumors that the legislator that introduced the original bill for CC is working to improve the system for non-residents. Time will tell. I agree with Mike.357.

From what I have seen if you plant sunflowers in a sizeable patch the doves will find them.  The best hunt I have had was on the edge of a 20-30 acre sunflower field.  No way you could shoot doubles and find them as the sunflowers were thick and still standing.  The Federal and State wardens were in a field not far away checking other hunters so we shot one bird and retrieved it and then picked another to shoot.  The doves were bad wanting to feed on the sunflowers.  SE Missouri used to have hunters from all over fill the hotels/motels for opening day but not so much any more.

The hunt was outstanding. The weather was warmer than usual but it was cloudy and a good breeze from the South helped one stay fairly comfortable. The sandy soil was loose and hard walking to retrieve the birds but no one complained.

We had a good hunt in SE Missouri. There was not much corn harvested but I has permission to hunt a large corn field that had been harvested and the stalks were bush hogged. The doves were using the field and just up the county road was a sand plant that produces concrete sand. There is plenty of water and open sandy area for the birds. We quit hunting at 7:30 am with most people having a limit of dove.

I use the RCBS case neck brushes to clean the case mouth but I am using a regular single stage Lyman Orange Crusher press.  I don't add lube to brush and it seems to work fine. 

I will have to snicker when I read his post from now on....  Thanks for enlightening me.  Maybe he chose that screen name for a reason..... I am usually not that nieve but this one caught me unaware.    From what I have read on the internet the cop is white if that is believable that did the shooting.  I am waiting for 0 to weigh in on the situation like he did the Martin kid.

I have no idea what his real name is....  I just assumed this was his screen name on Missouri Carry and until I did a search had no idea it was porn related.  I just checked his profile on MO Carry and he joined in 2010 and is an active member with over 600 posts.

Dirk Diggler is a black lawyer from the St. Louis area.  He is and has been a member of Missouri Carry for several years helping the 2A fight.  Seems to be a good guy and one of his posts on the forum was "you can't call me racist as I am black"... :)
