the more ammo, the better. muh hah hah hah -
i bought a bottle of gun oil from Glockmeister 2 years ago. it is a 1 ounce bottle of their G-Lube. 4 or 5 drops on the key spots for the glock, and its all set. i paid probably 10 bucks for it, i really forget what i paid, but anyways, it has that molecular formula that bonds to metal parts blah blah................ anyway, it is some great stuff. i have more than 3/4ths the bottle left after 2 years. drops go along way.

read these opinions carefully: Opinion No. 07-43 Posting Notices that Handguns Are Not Permitted in Private Buildings QUESTIONS 1. In order to prohibit handgun permit holders from carrying their handguns in a nongovernmental building, must the sign contain the exact language set forth in Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-1359(a)? 1. No. Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-1359(a) requires the posting of a notice which uses language that is “substantially similar” to the language provided in the statute. ok. so it states that it has to be "substantially similiar" read on to the next one below: Opinion No 07-43 2. May a property owner use the international circle and slash symbol in lieu of a sign that uses the language prescribed by Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-1359(a)? 2. No. The international circle and slash symbol may not be used in lieu of a sign that uses the language prescribed by Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-1359(a). well i have news for you. 39-17-1359 says NOTHING about wording being exact or similiar. here is that section below: PURSUANT TO § 39-17-1359, THE OWNER/OPERATOR OF THIS PROPERTY HAS BANNED WEAPONS ON THIS PROPERTY, OR WITHIN THIS BUILDING OR THIS PORTION OF THIS BUILDING. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS PROHIBITION IS PUNISHABLE AS A CRIMINAL ACT UNDER STATE LAW AND MAY SUBJECT THE VIOLATOR TO A FINE OF NOT MORE THAN FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500). do you all see anything that covers how the signs are supposed to be worded? i dont. this would be the basis of a lawsuit IMHO. lawyers love loopholes and this my friends is a huge loophole.

Hypothetical Question on Restaurant Carry
cadillacdude1975 replied to a topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense
Cracker Barrel, Subway, Ryans Steakhouse, Shoney's (if there are any left around TN), and there are a few more that are out there that allow carry/not marked. i have open carried in Ryans many times here in Chattanooga, and no one blinks an eye. as a matter of fact, i dont see how so many people are scared/not comfortable with open carry. your weapon being holstered says alot, and that is if it gets seen. being in a secure holster is far more respectful than crammed in the waistline of your pants gangsta style. i have never had anyone say a word to me for open carrying my pistol. -
i think it depends on what store. the one less than a mile from the house had ALL handgun caliber rounds. it runs about 27 bucks for 50 rounds.

instead of turning right into the shooting range, if you go straight, there is a sign that specifically states that any firearm other than hunting ones are prohibited past this point. mine was in the glovebox locked up so i think i was ok. i dont ask and dont tell.

how about secure it in your car as you leave the hotel, go do your seminar, keep silent about having it, get it out after your done (off school property) and be done with it. i wouldn't put anything in a hotel safe.

i live right behind the Bi-Lo at the foot of the mountain, right before you turn to go across the tracks to 27 headed towards suck creek. depending on what day, if it had been Friday the 4th, i was up there at PC anyway with a group of guys i work with. 2 were on dirt bikes and myself and 2 others on 4 wheelers. there is a ton of good riding trails up there as well. looks like i might have opened up another activity for TGO members around Chattanooga. im sure some of you own ATVs and dirtbikes.

http://www.opencarry.org they are a little slow on updating, GA still shows as off limits for restaurants that serve, but that changed 7-1-08
