  1. I think your wife made a great choice.  The Accords are fantastic cars.  I just sold mine a month or so ago to a fellow at work only because he has been bugging the crap out of me to sell it to him so he can give it to his son.  I put 250k miles on it without the first problem.  I was so impressed with my Accord that I bought a new Honda Crosstour to replace my Accord.  I was looking for something 4x4 with decent gas mileage (~26 mpg).
  2.   Neither am I, and I love classical music.  Heck, I watched Dirty Dancing this morning when I woke up.  As I am writing this post, I am listening to the soundtrack of the movie.  I don't care what the genre is, if it is good music I will probably like it.
  3. I would find the Chris Reeve you want before getting the ADO. The thing about the CR knife is that it will hold its value considering they are no longer made and are still in demand. I have about 10 or so CR one-piece knives, and they are incredibly nice.
  4.   I never got into Abba, but I love the Bee Gees.  Same thing with the Beach Boys.  I would say my favorite Beach Boy's song is Sloop John B.   Eazy E was always a little rough for my taste.  However, I can listen to some of the old school Grandmaster Flash, etc... stuff.  I still love The Message.   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4o8TeqKhgY
  5. I wanted to resurrect a very old thread just for the heck of it. I chose this one because next month Jack is back. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1598754/?ref_=nv_sr_2 :)
  6. In case some of you might be wondering what I am referring to, here is a Bruno Mars song that Kidz Bop did on their latest release.   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C17LbokMAHU   http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=C17LbokMAHU   It is good stuff.  :)
  7. Outside of country and rap, I have always had a fairly diverse taste in music.  I could go from Megadeth one day to Sinatra the next, or Pink Floyd to Rimsky-Korsakov.  One would never be able to guess what I would have on the radio from one day to the other, and since I spend roughly two hours a day in my car, I listen to a decent amount of music considering talk radio has become boring.   About a month or so ago I was surfing through XM looking for something new to listen to.  I found what I was looking for, and I love it.  I have been listening to this station a lot the last month. It is Kidz Bop Radio http://kidzbop.com/.  While I really like the songs by the original artists, I like to hear the kids singing them as well.  It is sort of cheery and lifts the spirit, which I think is something that all of us need at times.  The other nice thing is that you get to hear all the hits bundled together instead of getting a bunch fluff to take up time between each hit song.   Perhaps I am just weird. Let the flaying begin. :)
  8. Just finished day 46, and I am still tobacco free.  :)  The cravings are pretty easy to fight at this point, but I am surprised that I still crave it everyday.  In the end I think all I am doing is switching the tobacco habit for a gum and Jolly Rancher habit.
  9. I still had a Warrior pic in my album. It is the one on top.
  10.   Got one of those too, except mine is 18".  :)
  11. I carry everyday, well... at least M-F in GA. :)
  12. You can put me down for one Steve, and numbers don't mean anything to me.
  13. I would be interested as well.  If and when it comes time to place an order, will we be receiving a PM or email?  I don't participate as much as I used to, so I pretty much miss most things.

    Tavor Goodies

That is pretty cool.  I may have to get one for mine.

    Other hobby

I need to add another hobby to my list, yard work/landscaping.  While it can be back-breaking at times, I really enjoy making something look really nice that previously looked like s***.

    Other hobby

That is on my list too.  I just can't do everything.  :)
  18. Even though I have always carried it, I guess I can now legally carry my Combat Troodon. :)
  19.   Look at the CR Neil Robert's Warrior knife. It is my favorite of the series (Warrior, Green Beret, Pacific), and it is non-serrated.  It is discontinued, but they come up for sell every now and then.  I have one which I posted about, but it looks like the post has disappeared.

    Other hobby

My hobbies include: mountain biking, going to the gym, golf, martial arts, PC gaming   I want to get into hiking, camping, and rock climbing.  I really want to learn how to rock climb.
  21. I carry my Chris Reeve Professional Soldier from time to time.  It is small, light, and conceals easy.
  22. It has Lincoln on it, so I wouldn't have it. WH does make some very nice knives though.
  23. I was hoping that all the new deductions I have this year would eliminate me having to send more to the IRS or to Georgia.  Wishful thinking, but it is less, so at least it is moving in the right direction.  :)
  24.   So what.  Someone bought him lunch or dinner.  I wonder how many free meals Major Nidal Hasan had gotten, and he is a terrorist. Personally, I think it is best to judge people on an individual basis, not it groups.  Unless I know someone, I couldn't care less what uniform they are wearing; they aren't getting anything from me.  Believe it or not, not everyone in the military is an Audie Murphy, and the military has its fair share of criminals.  I was reading an article not too long ago about the gang problem in the military.  I would feel just as bad about buying some gang-banger lunch as I would some poser.
