My dear one, No man can ever claim you from Me. I reserved a man for you who has My heart and loves Me more than he will love you. Soon you will know him, I have the perfect time. You are My princess, My daughter; let no prince claim you unless he asks from My hand. For I am your Father, the King of Kings, the Lord. You, My princess are worth loving and deserve a prince. My princess is very patient as I work to become the man I am supposed to be.

I concur on the common caliber logic. Assuming the worst and adding reloading to the mix, I'd start narrowing down by ease to reload. I'm biased towards PCCs, I've got a HP 995 and an M1 Carbine. For defense and effective shooting (and cheap plinking) out to 100 yards, they're great. Past that I'm going to use a rifle of some sort.

Whether you partake in the opium of the masses or not, I've got you in my prayers. You recognize where you were and you may have been part of the problem. You are now doing work in an environment you like. You have good woman; good women typically don't invest in total tools and total tools don't give credit to their women. I pray the Lord showers you with the patience of Job!

Tim, thanks for posting, looks like it was a pretty cool training opportunity. I noticed in scenario 1, you looked for concealment and tried to maintain distance. In a real convenience store, here is where I'm hoping there is an alternative exit to escape. When the BG approached you and you employed the fence and told him to back off, it appeared the actor/instructor was not expecting it (atypical student[victim] behavior?) I know you were planning on pistol whipping the dude as it didn't appear he needed to be shot. Nice control of the scene post shooting and directing bystanders in scenario 2. The instructor pointed out how the agitated witness called in, you were the shooter from a first responder perspective. Shots fired, 2 down, man with a gun.

Dear Chip, If I want to pay full retail to buy your product from your branded store in an already posted mall, your letter of over whelming concern is a concern. You take no real measures to ensure nor any responsibility or accountability for my safety. The Bad Guy has already defeated the first layer of mall security, the GUN BUSTER SIGN, so he's already in the mall. That vault like security did not keep him in the parking lot or decide to try strong arm vs. armed criminal activity. Your message of no guns probably didn't hit his Facebook or Twitter feed, he probably didn't watch CNN before leaving the house. He will more than likely evade the second layer of security at your store entrance, another NO GUNS SIGN (and maybe a framed and autographed copy of you PC email hanging behind the register) You see Chip, a Bad Guy, whose back up plan is to use violence or lethal force during the commission of an illegal act, isn't dissuaded by ink on paper. With no due respect, You ain't GettingmyGoods -

Prag, that it great news. All is well in Seymour, last night looking towards the mountains, the sky was lit with orange light. Amazingly scary.

Or subscribe to or partake in the opium of the masses, I ask you pray for God's mercy, blessings and peace for those affected by the fires in Sevier County. I just saw an evacuee interviewed, his wife and daughters were trapped at home with no car, lost contact during the 911 call. Thanks!

Concur there are no deals at the shows, market/internet pricing for the brain functioning vendors. I still like going 1 - 2 times per year to look at and handle firearms that have purchase potential down the road. If the knife sharpening system guy is there, I'll get my blade slicked up for $5

I follow the rule "don't be that guy," when around work related alcohol consumption. Since I can't afford a CEM (career ending move) I simply practice moderation and watch the free entertainment provided by those guys and girls. Been on the edge in the past, got too old to post for work the next day.

I am seeing known name ARs for $500 and less. Wow, just wow. With all the deals posted in the BF thread in general chat, how cheap could I build one? Since I've never built an AR, here's what I hope you guys would do... Post links for the parts I need, externals and internals, blem is Ok. Goal is to build a reliable rifle length AR out of the silly deals out there. I place myself in your experienced hands.

I remember hearing Tim on JB&B in the early 2000s(?) Didn't know he passed, hope he joined the church. I really enjoyed his humor and comedy. I about crashed when I heard Chuck E Cheese Hell, my son being of the age at the time.

Thought it was a good investment of time, travel and training. What I learned: I finished the timed drills before time was up, if I slow my roll my accuracy should likely improve. Learned some 3 yard accuracy shooting drills, can use live and dry. Should further improve my 20-30 yard shooting. Why I was a little trigger happy: After extensive dry fire in DA @6.5#, when I got to live fire in SA @ 3.5#, it was magic, that wanted to go fast. Made some new friends and Bob K is an inspiration, his stroke recovery is nothing but amazing - a testament to a commit to hard work, commitment to therapy and a positive attitude. For gear, I used my High Noon Upper Cut, a high riding AIWB. One of my favorites and a budget price point. Because of the belt loops on my pants, I couldn't position my owb mag holder where I wanted it, so I worked out of pockets, specifically my field coat with large square-cut flapped pockets. Had to slow down my reloads a bit to ensure a good grip on the fresh mag. On a side note, I test fired my M1 Carbine with new rail. Partial fail. Back to the drawing board. Consider training with Randy, he's a pretty good dude. I checked, been his client since June 2012
