  1. Cause he couldn't figure out how to get a double stack into a Ruger MK series.
  2. Yes. They shipped samples to dealers. They are supposed to be on shelves shortly.
  3. For you and me. Some people struggle worth it. It would help them with reliability.
  4. I pulled the trigger on one today. Literally. The trigger pull is very smooth. The reset actually exists on this model, but it is still longer than Glocks substantially. I just hope it doesn't have any kinks. Ruger is known for that.
  5. $400 is less than dealer cost. It could come down in the future, but that is very unlikely.
  6. Ported guns don't ruin your night vision. That's been disproven multiple times.
  7. I've only held one. Never got to shoot it though. Trigger was like nice. Ever noticed how inconsistent the trigger on S&W's autos are now? Well, it felt like one of the better ones.
  8. I own a Glock 27, but I wouldn't turn my nose up at a SR9c. They are of similar size and shape. I personally like the Glock trigger better. And nothing can claim the reliability and simplicity of a Glock. The Ruger is priced better. The Ruger isn't as smooth, but it loosens up over time.
  9. I thought they already had them available for use.
  10. I had that same couch too!!! They are both beautiful. You need to rotate those around in the carry rotation.
  11. They must have paid him to say that. I think they are a little overpriced, but Sigs in general are a little high. It isn't much more than some of their models. Like others have said, if it has the features you like, then go for it. They will probably keep their value a little better than most Sigs.
  12. Someone took the time to make it, but they didn't have the time to use spell check.
  13. If someone has their gun pointed directly at me, then I don't think I would be able to successfully draw my weapon. He either got real lucky or something is up.
  14. Unless it changes the release point of the firing pin. I doubt it could change it very much though even if it did.
  15. They are the same connector.
  16. Your buddy's story sounds a little different than the most recent version.
  17. They can't handle the power.
  18. It's biodegradable. And you aren't suppose to use the original on nickel.
  19. I have three of them. Work great. Way better deal than the Taran unless you want a +2. Tarans are ridiculously priced.
  20. 6 shot snub nose with adjustable sights from S & W? That may be the one as it may be special. The Glock and the Ruger are really close in size. I'm a huge Glock fan, but either is good. That particular Sig kind of sucks, so I would skip that one. What are you going to use this gun for?
  21. The connector change should not affect the energy of the firing pin striking the primer unless it allows the firing pin to be released sooner. I tried the edge connector, and I think it was a waste of money.
  22. Guess you don't buy much. Of anything.
