Congrats to him!! Don't ever quit doing the things you enjoy. Age is a number, I know 40 year olds that are in terrible health. I think one key is to stay active. You can sit around and feel sorry for yourself that you can't run a 4.4 40, heck I never could. You won't see me running even if a grizzly is after me, I will turn and empty my magazine then sit and rest!!
