haha. The only reason i took the pic in the bathroom is because its the only place in my house that had a white background AND decent lighting.

But yeah, sometimes it does bathroom duty... or should i say 'doodie.'

I don't have a good pic because I spent all of my money on this. DPMS 5.56 lower, Bushie 5.56 upper, ARMS BUIS, Magpul Miad grip, quad rail, handguards, cheap used unknown origin 4 position stock, single point sling mount. Thanks to all the TGO nuts that helped fund it.

In your bathroom? Washing them with what? Urine or Sauvignon Blanc?

Water.

I had taken a glass (with wine... Pinot Noir if you must know) upstairs with me... and was too lazy to go down stairs.

Only then to have Flying Dog Imperial Porter in the same glass later that evening. haha

Picked up this Spikes SBR lower from Frank (of ETS) Last weekend. Mated it to a Colt upper. I need to DuraKote the Krink flash enhancer HK black.

And my DoubleStar SBR lower I picked up the same day from Hero Gear (Super Great Fellas, and one good looking Dog). Its my bastard step child assembled with assorted parts I picked up from the EE on AR15.com. Running a .22 conversion kit through a 7 1/2' barrel, with an AWC .223 Raider. Upper is a A2 chopped down, and a flat-top added to it. Just a little taller than an A3. I still have to work on it as the free float tube is too close to the upper, and it won't mate to the lower.

And one more together.

And finally a group photo of all the AR's. Saving the Cav Arms lower for a supressed .45 build in the future.

No dice on the Lotto tickets. I told the sales lady if they hid i would buy a hunk of land there and make Joe a offer on Hero Gear.

Wish-full thinking.

Well, I apologize for the poor quality . . .

This is 99.9999999% my AR--all I'm waiting on is a mil-spec buffer tube, so I threw everything on a shop-property lower to get a feel for it. MY lower is a Spike's Semi/Safe, but other than that, it's as it will be once that one stupid part comes in. Sights got left at the house this morning, but they're a Troy front and a GG&G multi-aperture rear. Trying to decide between an Aimpoint and an EoTech, other than that, it's complete.

Anyway, after months of waiting, planning, buying parts, selling parts, etc, here's my Evil Flat Dark Earth Rifle.

2-3-09004.jpg

Specs:

Upper/Handguards: LMT Monolithic Rail Platform, CQB-Length, with Badger gen-2 charging handle.

Lower: Spike's Tactical, Safe/Semi marked, caliber Multi.

Barrel: LMT MRP Quick-Change 16-inch, 1:7 twist, with A2 flash-hider.

Stock: MagPul CTR Mil-Spec, Flat Dark Earth.

Rail Covers: MagPul full-profile and ladder covers, Flat Dark Earth.

Pistol Grip: MagPul MIAD, Flat Dark Earth.

Fed by an assortment of PMags, Lancers, GI mags, and a couple of civilian Colt 20-rounders.
