Had the opportunity to take some pictures at a get together over the weekend. Hero-Gear in Winchester had an event at the Elk River Training Center in Pelham, TN. Got a chance to blow through a lot of ammo. Here are some pictures from the gathering.

Joe graciously invited my wife (Joe's web / graphics designer) and I to join you guys, and we really hated to miss it.

Well ok...I really wanted to be there...she could care less!!!

But alas, we had prior engagements. Looks like the 'potential' for a great time!

Any action photos?

Got to meet some great folks. Wish I would have taken more pictures, but I was having too much fun shooting I lost track of time.

the 1911 in the third pic on the end of the table. now thats hot. what is it? i love gun porn thanks for posting:clap:

Could be wrong, but I believe it is one of the 1911's Jeff Meister at Hero-Gear builds. Never got a chance to shoot it.

By the way, if anyone is looking for a high-end, custom 1911 that shoots as well as an Ed Brown, Wilson Combat or Nighthawk; at a steal of a price, you should check out Jeff's work. (Shameless plug)

Damn, I was actually in Winchester but my buddy had to get back home! We were going to stop in at the shoot to at least say hey and watch the fun. Looks like we missed out on a lot!

(thank god you didnt take any pictures of the post-range festivities...... :D)

Funny you mentioned that, because I was trying to find my camera but couldn't ever locate it, funny how Budweiser effects a persons searching skills....:)
