Because that's what it said in the ad; I just copied and pasted it. I think it's pretty plain to see that's NOT the meat of the ad.

I agree, but the newbie panic buyers will go and support them I'd guess.

 

Not trying to put them down, but at the example of prices, I think I'd have to be a little more desperate for ammo before paying this.
