  6. Safety Reminder for Buyers and Sellers This is an automatic reply meant to protect you as a buyer and a seller on TGO. Use the Buyer/Seller Feedback feature to research who you are dealing with. Please come back and leave feedback for each other after the transaction is complete. Your experience will help others. Never agree to use an electronic form of payment to buy or sell a gun! None of the electronic payment services will protect you against fraud in a firearms transaction. They all have terms of service FORBIDDING the use of their services to buy/sell guns. DON'T DO IT. Be very wary of anyone who insists on brokering a deal in private or outside of TGO. Scammers almost always prefer to operate out of the public eye. The complete Trading Post Rules and also some more helpful suggestions can be found by clicking this link. Everyone should read them at least once! ~~~ This was an automatic reply ~~~
  7. I have a Springfield Armory SA-35 for sale. It has two factory 15-round magazines and one aftermarket 15-round magazine. It is like new and includes the original box as well as paperwork and factory gun lock. $600. Must be able to legally own a firearm. TN DL or HCP flash. Located in Nashville.
  8. I like the " sling shot " method too... It mimics the pistol's normal operation . leroy...
  9. I've always read that some mags need a break in period. I've had a few 22 mags that needed "adjustment". The one 9mm I own if fine so far except Hornady Critical Defense. It refuses to feed the first round even downloading the mags. But if you're having trouble with FMJ there might be an issue the manufacturer should see.
  10. I think this is the right solution. Yogi showed up again yesterday afternoon and turned one of the feeder's legs into pretty good imitation of a pretzel. So now there are 200 pounds of corn on the ground. At least the feeder wasn't really damaged with the exception of that one leg section, and I have a spare. So once the corn on the ground is gone I'll wait a couple weeks before setting up again. That's be a good solution if I had a means to string that cable, then rig something up to lift and lower the feeder, and make some kind of harness for the feeder. I'm sure it would work, but it's not practical for me. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
  11. Yeah, thats exactly right. The FBI actually called the Glock inherently unsafe. Glock did three major voluntary upgrades in the 90's. People don't remember this but there was a decade of this happening to Glock. Yankee Marshall talks about it here when he responds to the WGP video.
  12. could be hanging up on the slide release, have you tried slingshotting the slide rather than pressing the slide release? Test all your mags see if they all do it. load one less than max number of rounds. I doubt it has anything to do with the type/brand of ammo you're using, but anything is possible I suppose.
  13. Agree to disagree. Sig just filed a lawsuit against Washington State for its training agency banning the 320. Sig is certainly defending the design, We will see where the dust settles
  14. Lee Weems of RangeMaster has a very interesting podcast out today just on the DA/SA subject. You can locate this under 'That Weems Guy". Langdon ane Rehn: A Reasonable Discussion. His guests are very knowledgable, Karl Rehn and Ernest Langdon make some great points on this subject be it for CCW or competition. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/that-weems-guy/id1575361538?i=1000719480275
  15. I don’t disagree with you. I think it’s 18. Just gave a ballpark.
  16. Your first statement holds a lot of weight. In my own opinion, you should stick with a single action or DAO at this point and master one before going to SA/DA whether it be hammer or striker fired. The switch between first round DA and second SA is a skill requiring a lot of practice. A note on your reholster method, Rule #1, treat every firearm as if it is loaded. I wouldn't reholster without engaging the safety or decocking the pistol. I own a couple of striker fired pistols but prefer hammer fired myself and for competition I'd choose SA hammer fired every day.
