2. Letter sent and cc'd to my local Rep and Senator also. I've been wondering if language could be included to convey de facto legal status to law abiding firearms owners as members of a "well regulated militia". With roughly 2,000 existing firearms laws on the books, if that doesn't qualify for well regulated, I don't know what does, The language would simply reinforce the 2nd Amendment, as applies to a "free State".
3. I'd spend all day uploading to Photobucket and then posting link code here, we have 5 dogs and 7 cats.
4. It's my understanding (based on a lengthy article posted on another thread here) that Utah already allows CCW for teachers. The author has an extensive background in firearms sales (including military and law enforcement) and as a CCW and tactical instructor and has taught many teachers there at no cost.

Thin 9mm

CZ 75 Compact. Slide is a micron under an inch, plus it's a doublestack....14 + 1.
6. I only discovered them last year and bought a CZ75 Compact at a very nice price, but done dealing with them over this.
7. Here ya go UncleJak:   http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o526/subsonic55/IMG_0203_zps967a0219.jpg   http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o526/subsonic55/IMG_0204_zps9e6f5e49.jpg   http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o526/subsonic55/IMG_0205_zpsd79c82d2.jpg   I experimented with different wattage bulbs and 40W is the best for not scorching food on bottom rack or setting the house on fire.
8.   I can take a few shots and upload later. I got the idea from watching Alton Brown (TV food science guru) make a smoker with a cardboard box and smoke a whole side of salmon in it.
9. I just dehydrated a 3 pound bloom of oyster mushrooms.....in a cardboard box. I built some 1x4 cedar frames and covered them with rat wire. I then took an 18" square box and cut a hole in the bottom to hold a clip on utility lamp (with clip arm removed) with a 40 watt bulb. The box and lamp sit on a milk crate, box is lined with deli size foil. Cut the shrooms into pieces, arrange on racks and stack inside box. Loosely tent a piece of foil over the top with vent holes every few inches. Plug in lamp and fix a drink. Have dinner, go to bed and by the next morning, they're bone dry. I've also done apple slices this way. Cheap and effective.
10. Got an email this morning that they will continue online sales. They obviously responded to the spanking they got.
11. They posted the same statement on their Facebook page yesterday, got completely hammered for folding like a cheaper than dirt lawn chair, and I helped. How a company can develop a case of liberal guilt that quickly is astounding.
12. Not surprising that this bit of related news has been filtered out by the MSM:   http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2012/12/oops-liberal-media-forgets-to-report-on-man-with-concealed-carry-permit-confronted-portland-shooter-video/   Clearly doesn't fit the narrative and gun ban agenda. Ironically, reports from the Newtown shooting are that the shooter killed himself at the first sign of police on site, exactly like in the Oregon event, except is was a private citizen instead of police.
13. Pimp out your car or truck stereo with a thousand watt subwoofer and drive around the grounds with a rap CD blasting.
14. Get yourself a reduced power spring kit from Wolfe by way of Midway.com   I bought a Taurus 605 snubby a couple of years ago. With replacing just the hammer spring, the pull is now about 5 pounds, have not had a single squib or misfire.
15. Feel like taking a hike on the weekend? Drive over to the Garrison Creek recreation area on the Natchez Trace Parkway, about a mile south of the Leiper's Fork exit on Hwy 46. The trail starts next to the restroom building and is about 4 miles long. The southwest corner of the Garrison Creek trail, where it cuts back toward the starting point, is a pine glade, lots of trees and cones, and a beautiful place with hardly anyone else around.
16. Looooooove my CZ75 Compact Duotone. 14 + 1, 1" wide and very easy to carry.
17. Agree with AK Guy. I bought one in .357 with a 16" barrel. It actually has more energy than 45 Colt, charts here: http://www.ballisticsbytheinch.com/357mag.html

19. Here's for .357................http://www.ballisticsbytheinch.com/357mag.html
20. CZ 75 Compact, like it was custom made for my hand. I'm a much better shot with my Ruger Security Six, which is #2 on the fit list.
21. It pays to do your homework and know what you're looking at.
22. Oyster mushrooms are great, almost $10 a pound in gourmet shops. Easy to dry and keep for several years. They can be found from late fall through early spring, most commonly on dead tulip poplars, sometimes hackberry, and frequently on dead elms. I had some after a rainy spell this summer, but that's rare. Another edible mushroom found throughout the year are wood ears, those brown gelatinous ones on dead trees. They're commonly used in Chinese food, ie hot & sour soup. They have blood thinning compounds in them, so good for heart health, bad for bleeding issues like ulcers. Lamb's Quarter is a common weed and a wild form of spinach, good sauteed.
23. Agreed, use the highest bit rate and fastest sampling rate you can lay your hands on.
