1. I like it.
2. I really like the idea of the How-To videos, especially something that could be stickied to the top of the different sections.  Like building an AR-15, cleaning it, reassembly, etc.  Maybe the same for the other various types like the AK, 1911, and other common rifles/handguns.  Even better would be to get input from the different vendors and smiths on here.
3. Man, if only it had pliers. Definitely on my wish list though.
4. I think you need to check out the People of Wal-Mart site. That will explain everything.
5. First thing that came to mind is the training robots from the James Bond video game from a couple years ago called "From Russia with Love." In one or two of the missions they had robots like those that rolled around. Only difference was they had guns and would shoot at you. Anyway that looks really fun.
6. I traded a guy a couple years ago a 300 Win Mag I had right before deer season. Guy said he wanted a larger caliber rifle. Couple weeks go by and I got an email from him asking if I wanted to trade again. Said the rifle was "too much." Guess he didn't listen when I told him that earlier.
7. Gotta say, if it's true, good for them.  Getting around a stupid import restriction.
8. The crayon letter must have done it.
9. Didn't they just release those?  Maybe I'm thinking of the new AK furniture they're doing that has a metal liner.
10. Well, I guess with more companies making these braces there will be more opposition to the eventual decision.
11. Cool, so normal price as everywhere else?
12. That looks like a fun event.
13. You do, no apparently there.
14. I'll play. Prior to a deep wreck dive on a sunken cargo ship.
15. One of those would be fun.
16. There was a reason I didn't drive that way at lunch today. Saw what I took to be the advance Security cruising around yesterday.
17. Seems like delaying the inevitable.
18. Don't worry I work hard.
19. Does the chamber "have" to be fluted? Reason I ask is because 1. I haven't studied this particular rifle and how it functions. 2. I wonder if the US made models have fluted chambers. I see the US made barrels from HK Parts for both .223 and .308 barrels but I didn't notice (given I just glanced over the description) a mention of a fluted chamber. I looked into builds on Weaponeer but it seems like no one has come up with a way to do it. Others sound like they tried modifying receivers from the other rifles but it didn't go anywhere, so the trunnion idea could be waaayyy off anyway. Just throwing ideas out there for discussion sake.   Ok, just went back and re read the descriptions.  The barrels I found did have fluted chambers.
20. Wonder if it would be possible to use an HK 93 trunnion and turn a blank down from there? Doubtful you'd get lucky enough to use one of those barrels.
21. I'm contemplating it.
22. You know it's so ugly I want one.
23. That is the question.
24. Man, the guns get even better the further down you go.
25. Sure thing.  Here's the direct link to Chinook's page.   http://www.chinookmed.com/cgi-bin/item/01239/MT-TACTICAL_KITS/-TMK-IFAK-Pouch-%26-Insert
