I just rebuilt an older (@2010) desktop for use in my shop. I did install a new SSD in place of the old harddrive, loaded a fresh copy of Win 10 and used my old Win 7 key to activate. No problems whatsoever, albeit when I built this one originally I put a pretty good CPU (for that time) in it. As for the changeover to Windows 10, as usual with a new OS it took a few days and some online research for me to get comfortable with it, but now I've come around to the idea that I like it at least as well as Win 7 ...

Have the local power company come out and run a test on your transformer and inlet lines. Sometimes there are problems with the supply voltage, leakage, etc. which can be worsened by storms and routine surges.

As someone who generally enjoys the TV series, but has never seen the comic books, when did they stop issuing them?

At $200 in it, you did fine. As for 'real life value", Finn'ed 91/30's usually bring about whatever the going rate on the Russian refurbs is. People who are into markings might pay a slight premium for the 41 stamps, but as a rule, these rifles don't seem to sell as well as the better known Finn variants ...

For a fast application, mix whatever concoction you want to spray in an orchard sprayer. This is a plastic siphon-style sprayer found in most big-box stores. I use pure bleach, when siphoned through your hose it dilutes it accordingly. Apply wet, let it work for a few minutes, wash with pressure washer. As noted, an RV brush will take care of any really heavy areas.

In a lot of places in Tennessee, that used to be kind of a requirement to work in the Sheriff's office ...

How many Rocky/Rambo sequels can they come up with? I pretty much dropped out after the first 2 or 3 of each, what's this one anyway, Rambo 47?

Lots of reasons. Warehousing and storage and other forms of overhead, the possibilities of laws/customs regulations changing, economy of scale, all factors which will provide impetus for importers to move lots of guns in the shortest amount of time. It's basically the model the whole industry was built on, from Bannerman's through Sam Cummings to Classic/SOG/AIM today ...

When I flew a UAS, it was a DJI Phantom 3 Pro. Bought it for use in my work at the time, enjoyed playing around with it as well.

Sling is like a basic cable/dish service, depending on the package you get several channels on the basic plans ("colors"), plus whatever add-ons you choose . One great thing about streaming TV, if you don't like your package, you can cancel or change it pretty much at will. For example, I subscribe to HBONow for as long as GOT is showing, then cancel immediately after. Same for several other services I have used throughout the years. Roku also allows you to have a single interface for all your different services, both my Netflix and Amazon video have "tabs" on the Roku page, or I can access them using the smart TV or computer interfaces as well.

Good looking rifle. I'm not a Mauser guy, I take it the Syrian variant is one of the rarer iterations?

Underwriters don't sell policies, they sell "insurance for insurers". Their rates are based on total outlays worldwide, so when events occur which drive the underwriters costs up, this gets passed on to insurance companies, increasing their overhead. Thus, while technically your insurance company may be restricted by state rules from basing rates on out-of-states claims, the price they charge may be increased across the board due to increased fees from the underwriters. One example, home insurance across the nation went up after the financial crisis when AIG (who happens to own one of the world's largest underwriting services) had their near-bankruptcy due to CDO losses, something totally unrelated to claims by individual policy-holders ...

If there is going to be a dispute about your deposit, you're probably going to wind up in small claims court and might need a lawyer. Have you checked locally for any of the free legal services that are often available in many cities? -
With most insurance, your claims aren't as important as what the total claims were for the year before with the underwriters. Let a hurricane strike the coast, a big flood occur in the midwest, or some other incident that requires a large outlay of cash by the big underwriters and everybody's rates will go up the following year ...

Independent agents are not affiliated with any particular carrier, they act as agents between you and the insurers. There are websites to help in locating agents, here is one: https://www.daveramsey.com/elp/independent-insurance
