I sell health insurance policies every day that do not conform to the ACA mandates. I can sell them cheap enough to justify the $95/1% fines for not having a govt approved plan and give customers a much better plan. The people this doesn't benefit are the sick people who are uninsurable and need the ACA plans that don't underwrite their policies any longer. The others that think they are getting a deal are the ones who get subsidies. Well guess what? yes they get a plan for free or cheap but when they need something covered they still have a $6k deductible to meet the ACA plans are no win for everyone!

I didn't see in the story that the guy had a permit and I know that you don't need one to have a gun in your own home but the media would have been all over it if he had been a carry permit holder. They (media) like to portray everyone with a permit as someone who is just looking for an opportunity to shoot someone! So sorry that this young girl has lost her life.

I've got all three after complaining about the nearly $200 month price and now I'm @ $140. Too many service interruptions to suit me but I'll live with it. Every company has issues it's just a matter of what you can put up with. During the storms of a week ago my service never even flickered but the next day after the storms had left the area, it was sunny and calm, guess what? Service went out for a couple of hours! Explain that. I can't and Comcast won't.
