  1. I am currently reloading it for around $.21-$.23 a round(not buying brass). But yes, if you don't reload, $.32 is not bad.
  2. Thanks! I couldn't find the $500 link anywhere. Signed up. FYI for anybody that can't come up with the $500 at once, you can make $25 monthly or quarterly payments to lock in that price.
  3. I have had the LNL for a couple of years now, and the only problem I have had out of it is the plastic bracket that holds the primer slide guide rod has broke. I called hornady and I had to buy it, which was not a problem as I should have stopped when I felt the resistance so it was on me. I ran across a used 650 not to long ago and was about to start using it as well. But when comparing them side by side in person, I really didn't see a reason to start all over again because they are really comparable in quality. I think the Hornady wins on the quickness and cost of caliber changes imo. They are both fine machines but I ended up passing the 650 on to somebody else, mainly because I was already comfortable with using the hornady and I already have the case feeder for it. I would have had to buy that for the 650 so it really didn't make sense to go down that road.
  4. The Hornady one does the same thing and is $100 cheaper. I do large rifle by weight and the Hornady has worked well for me.   http://www.midwayusa.com/product/818489/hornady-lock-n-load-auto-charge-powder-scale-and-dispenser-110-220-volt
  5. What year? I have a '14 2500 silverado and my back seat looks nothing like that. Matter of fact the hinge is in the back of the seat and folds up towards the back of the truck.  These guys make some pretty good underseat storage for trucks http://www.duhabins.com/?gclid=Cj0KEQiAnJqzBRCW0rGWnKnckOIBEiQA6qDBahyomZSdBV7Ml9Uif18kmMpNXPbikwzABqqNuP1IyLIaAhUX8P8HAQ the one I got from them has rifle provisions in it.
  6. Well this might make you feel a little better, I don't think it is you. I bought a new P226 extreme model, and it too shoots to the left. Had a buddy shoot it does the same with him. Actually have had a couple of different people try it and it does the same. My sites need to be drifted over without a doubt. I thought about doing it myself, but I paid a pretty good chunk for this one new and don't want to screw it up. I have also had a MK25 and shot them back to back, the MK would hit where I was pointing it.
  7. That's exactly how I feel about glocks. Who woulda thunk it?
  8. I loaded quite a few 9mm on mine in the year i had it, but I have also loaded a LOT more trouble free rounds with the lnl. Night and day difference. I just don't have the time or patience to deal with lee's quirks.
  9. I had a lee loadmaster progressive, had to many problems out of it and sold it for parts. I bought a Hornady LNL with a case feeder, and love it. I recently came across a dillon Xl650 in a package deal and was going to set it up, but it was so similar to what I already had in the LNL I just sold it to a member on here. I didn't see the point of spending more coin on what I had already. The dillons are a little more expensive to get set up for a caliber, but their warranty is better than Hornady's. I broke a priming part on the Hornady, and they made me pay for it, which I didn't mind I broke it. But from what I hear Dillon will replace something if you broke it, or it was their fault. I think I do like the hornady bushing setup a little better than the dillon tool head though. If you have a problem you can take just that die out if you need to quickly. 6 of one half a dozen of the other, buy which ever one you can get a better deal on imo.   I will note that my lnl came with two of the same drop tubes, and Horndady did send me the correct one at no charge. So it isn't like they are total buttholes about the warranty, just not as generous as dillon.
  10. Gatorade is another, they still sell the 32oz one, but they have one that looks like it but I think it is 24oz. It is the same price.
  11. They are heavier, but 45acp in such a small package, imo, that isn't such a bad thing if you are actually shooting it.
  12. Another vote for the wft, I have the original in .223, and the wft2 in 6.8spc, and .308. They say you can get it to debur by turning the case backwards, but I haven't been able to get satisfactory results doing that, so I just debur and chamfer in a prep center afterward. It is still pretty fast doing it that way.
  13. I have a P07 Duty in 9mm, I also have a 92A1, and a sig MK25 and some others. I like them all but I just seem to grab the CZ more often, funny it was the cheaper one of the bunch as well. Knowing what I know now, I would pay more for this one if I didn't already have one.
  14. While I never used the lee turret press, I did have the lee loadmaster progressive, and it was pure junk. I had nothing but headaches with that thing. I picked up a Hornady LNL, and haven't looked back. Of your choices I would go with the rock crusher. I have one I use for certain rifle loads, and you just can't beat that press for durability.
  15. I recently picked up one of these http://www.hera-arms.com/!irs-keymod/c1ksk#  very nice, made in germany.   Well it wouldn't link directly to the page for the rail, but it is the irs keymod I have a troy, UTG pro, and a MI. The Hera rail is my favorite out of all of them, easily the lightest of the bunch.
  16. Do these take M9/92 Beretta mags by any chance?
  17. no it wasn't you, I met you guys up there once before. (not denying you can do it though) I think the guy replied above, his screen name is BJB
  18. And I think this is the man I was speaking about above.
  19. Tac is my favorite powder, but I tried a pound of AR-comp and really liked it as well.
  20. another vote for a linear comp. I put one on my 6.8 it works rather well. Everyone beside me at the range seems to think so as well ;). I got one in OD green to match all the other doo-dads in od green on that particular rifle for pretty cheap.
  21. There are two guys that frequent the norris range, that hit clay pigeons on the berm at the "100yd" mark (my range finder says 112yds) with 9mm so I would be careful with that bet.
  22. Seriously? $7/50 9mm is that brass? That is $140/1000 It is costing me around $150 to reload 1000 9mm picking up my own brass. I think I am wasting my time now.
  23. Unless she is a bigger girl, most compacts are "normal" size for most women. That wasn't meant as an insult just some food for thought. I went through this with my wife, she is small. She had a real hard time racking the slide on a sr9c, so I sold it and she ended up with a 92fs compact. That particular "compact" is far from compact, but she liked my 92a1 so much, I figured that would be the next best thing. She absolutely loves it.
  24. Never used the Giraud, but the wft is by far the fastest trimmer of all the ones you attach to a drill. i thought it was a little expensive until I used it the first time. You say that one indexes off the shoulder that should be pretty fast as well.
