Is reloading not worth it on the common pistol cartridges?
E4 No More replied to NeveSSL's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
Worth is not always measured by the money saved. -
And that movie disappointed greatly.

I had a post switch to a white font color after a few words. No idea how that could possibly happen, but it did.

Bill allows suits over gun-free zone incidents

I want to see how the property rights folks fare when they tell a cop that they must disarm to come on their property. :cop: -

Wrong, in your scenario you are already on their property. You are liable for anything that happens on your property including the parking lot. If you want to post a huge sign at the entrance to your property saying that you enter at your own risk that's up to you, but I doubt you'd run a successful business. -

Really? A corporation is an individual? -
And the left wing rags are attacking the movie. Proof positive that it's true!

I saw the movie last night and it made me both angry and proud. The guys that were there, (Oz, Tig, and Tanto), said during an interview on Thursday that the movie accurately portrayed what happened. Big suprise that the station chief claimed that it did not. Gee, I wonder why? I was angry for the obvious reason, but proud that such men exist to fight on our side, My wife, (who's a pretty restrained person), fought the urge to stand up at the end of the movie and loudly proclaim that if you voted for Obama you were partly responsible for what happened, and if you vote for Hillary then you'll get more of that crap!

I don't know what he can do but I'd at least give Jeff Walle a call at Guns & Leather. He's a good smithy who might be able to help.

I like the beer at the Gordon Biersch restaurant at the entrance of the 4th street party district. The food was good too. The rest of 4th street I could do without.

Wayne LaPierre | A Challenge for the President
E4 No More replied to The Legion's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Let's see, a video that only gun people will watch challenges Oblamo to a debate? Hummm, I think it would have been better to issue said challenge via the news media to exert pressure on the president to actually accept said challenge. Seem to me this is just more scaring the gun owners to get money out of them. Typical NRA, IMHO. -

10 Navy sailors detained by Iran in Persian Gulf
E4 No More replied to TripleDigitRide's topic in General Chat
Some news said that they were towed into Iranian waters. We sure don't know what really happened, and with Oblamo in charge we won't. -

Anyone up for Coyote Hunting in Middle TN?
E4 No More replied to Peace's topic in Hunting and Fishing
Seeing double! I've wondered that too recently. Back in the late 70's people were hunting them and selling the pelts to South Korea, (IIRC), because they were allegedly making coats for their military. -
That was a good write-up that does need to be presented to the public in general. We hear the bad crap all of the time, but the good things like this never see the light of day in the news. I know that's preaching to the choir around here because we all know the news outlets do not see "Cop Makes The Right Call" as news worthy. Back in the revolver days, I made a call halfway through a trigger pull that saved the guy's life, so I can relate. On another note, (as a city boy), I was surprised that cattle were considered one of the most dangerous animals to work around. It may be the familiarity breeds contempt thing, but they seem so docile that city folk just don't see them that way.

I actually had some forearm/wrist braces made for me with that stuff. The physical therapist did it to help support my forearms while performing curls.
