We keep hearing about a vision for a better life. Perhaps everyone needs to understand.....A vision without execution is just a dream. Start within and maybe something will change.

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. Dad loved shooting. That picture was an outing with my Sister back in April. He truly loved guns and shooting. He was a great patient man and taught many first timers how to shoot. I have lots of great memories and will cherish them forever. I cannot say it enough, call your Mother and Father today and tell them you love them. They can never hear that enough

My father lost a long battle with Parkinson's early this morning. He went at home surrounded by his family. We will never be able to express our love as much as we would like for our parents. We will miss dad greatly. He was an avid shooter and a great man. Ha taught me many needed lessons in life. Hug your parents today and tell them how much you love them. RIP Dad! You are at peace and the journey now begins anew.

I also picked up an 870 at Dicks couple years ago. Darn thing ran well but would rust If it saw a damp rag. Wipe it down once a week and it would still do it. Remington jus isn't what they used to be.

Ruger LCP. Returned it twice. Never would fire more than 3 in a row without a jam. Finally traded it to a gun shop who said his smith could make anything run. Taurus 66. Early model. I cleaned it and set it on coffee table while I went to get my duty belt. Dog knocked it off. It went bang. It went bye bye same day. Again to a gun shop with full disclosure about where the marks on hammer came from. Only two I have had real bad experience with.

A board I am on down in Florida (Thank God I escaped) has a thread just for this issue. We called it the "Mule" thread and it was in the Buy/Sell area to keep it from the general public. Maybe we need to start that here as there are several deals I would have used it. Just a thought

It was....a letdown I paged through amost of the pages of ads and agree that it was a garage sale. I did see 4 or 5 good deals however I bought nothing. Another prime day and yet another failure. Of course I am sure Amazon made some bucks so all is well. I am sure a lot of folks found deals on things they wanted as well but for me it was a little underwhelming considering the hype.

I agree, I just don't know anyone that would want to see Kanye. So if that is what they do then it is still all good. I know a few people I do not like that need tickets. Make the ticket look like they are going to see their favorite band yet leave the barcode alone. They get to the big night and oops. This does not look like the right crowd. LOL I know but it is a fun dream.... In all honesty I am sure they will have something I would enjoy or I know someone that would.

Thanks for the heads up. I also have several of each. Now we get to see what "Choice" concerts they will have. Probably to Kanye West and the Kardashians sing in and makeup tips. But hey, free is good!
