Sounds to me like they basically said, "We don't know what's wrong with it" LOL If you pump it up and that makes it work, then it's like 56FordGuy said it's a bad master. Or there could be a small leak that has allowed a little fluid out and a little air in. I have seen it several times with Hondas. A little air in the system and when you pump the pedal several times it will make everything feel like normal for a while. Then when the problem comes back pump several times and all is good. ETA: The only adjustment I am aware of on these is on the rod that connects the pedal to the master.

Alo they don't have a bullet feed guide in the rifle, it is made into the magazines, so to use standard AK mags a bullet guide needs to be added. You use US made parts to get the foreign parts count down to 10 or less.

Well if you buy it out of state it would have to be transferred to you through a MA FFL, so my guess would be you couldn't get an FFL in MA to transfer an un-approved gun to you.

They have been discussed here before. IIRC they don't operate a semi-auto and in a pump gun sometimes they try to turn sideways and won't feed reliably.

I don't know of any laws in Tn that have anything to do with bullet type. WalMart sells hollow point ammo, so if it were illegal they wouldn't be selling it.

There are kits out there that will allow you to switch back and forth but they usually cost more than a kit that won't. Yeah, the guy that had the one I fired said he worked for Barrett and the guns he had with him were company guns, he had a few other Barret rifles with him.
